最近收到不少 #芒果，冰箱放滿滿的，我兒子很愛吃，我跟他說要適量就好，不能吃太多，不然皮膚會變黃喔！所以我規定外子值班的時候大家都不吃芒果XD朋友的小孩因為很喜歡吃 #胡蘿蔔 跟 #南瓜，所以 #皮膚變黃，到底吃東西跟皮膚變黃有什麼關係？吃黃色的食物皮膚就會變黃嗎？

Ｑ：吃某些食物吃到皮膚變黃是什麼問題呢？
Ａ：這是 #胡蘿蔔血症(carotenemia)，跟長時間吃太多富含胡蘿蔔素(>30mg/day)的食物有關。大家可能對每天吃大於30毫克(mg)的胡蘿蔔素沒概念，下面附圖有胡蘿蔔素排名前十名的食物，統計它們每一百克胡蘿蔔素的含量，單位是微克(μg)！一毫克(mg)是一千微克(μg)喔！

Ｑ：什麼食物富含胡蘿蔔素？
Ａ：#水果(杏桃、哈密瓜、芒果、橘子、木瓜、水蜜桃)、#蔬菜(胡蘿蔔、蘆筍、西蘭花、小黃瓜、南瓜、地瓜、菠菜、萵苣、芹菜、羽衣甘藍)、其他食物(#雞蛋、#牛奶、#奶油、棕櫚油)。

Ｑ：誰比較容易有這樣的情形呢？
Ａ：#小孩 比大人常見。

Ｑ：哪邊的皮膚容易變黃？
Ａ：胡蘿蔔素會沈積在角質層，讓手掌、腳掌、額頭、鼻尖跟法令紋的皮膚變黃。值得注意的是，胡蘿蔔素血症並不會讓眼睛的鞏膜(俗稱眼白)還有其他粘膜變黃，這點跟黃疸不一樣！

Ｑ：胡蘿蔔素血症除了跟食物有關，會不會是身體其他部分出問題？
Ａ：糖尿病、厭食症、甲狀腺低下、腦垂體機能衰退、肝跟腎出問題都有可能會出現類似的現象。

Ｑ：除了吃富含胡蘿蔔素的食物造成胡蘿蔔素血症讓皮膚變黃，還有其他東西吃了皮膚也會變黃嗎？
Ａ：#番茄 吃太多會有茄紅素血症，皮膚也會變黃(茄紅素是類胡蘿蔔素)。其他像是 #番紅花 和 #奎納克林(quinacrine，治瘧疾藥)也會讓皮膚染黃。

Ｑ：該怎麼治療？
Ａ：減少食物中胡蘿蔔素的攝取量，皮膚的色素會慢慢消退。

【爛番茄的「最完美」電影究竟有哪些？28部片單這裡看】

《柏靈頓熊熊出任務 Paddington 2》（2017）擊敗《大國民 Citizen Kane》（1941）榮登影史最完美電影的消息在昨天引起了一些迴響。雖然這樣的排名乍聽可笑，但爛番茄（Rotten Tomatoes）好歹也是篩選了專業影評進行評選。大家都喜歡的電影通常好的平庸，但如果是刁鑽的影評人全都喜歡，還是相當有難度的。

那影史上，獲得爛番茄列為滿分的電影到底又有那些呢？

嚴格算起來，在爛番茄獲得滿分評價的電影有數百部，但大多作品獲得的評價篇數太少。以下片單的整理的基準，是每部片至少有獲得五十篇正面評價，而且必須要在十年之前公映，因為距離太近的作品，往往未能獲得太準確的歷史評價。抱歉了，柏靈頓熊！

如此一來，便會發現達到標準的電影僅有28部，而且名單出乎意料的可觀。裡頭居然有伊丹十三的《蒲公英》，我還有什麼好抱怨的呢？

其它入選的日本電影還包括黑澤明《七武士》、高畑勳《兒時的點點滴滴》、是枝裕和《橫山家之味》，連宮崎駿都沒有一部作品能獲得滿分評價。唯一上榜的華語片則令人相當意外，是范立欣執導的紀錄片《歸途列車》。

【送給大家的聖誕禮物】

如果你需要在家中搞聖誕派對或者希望令聖誕氣氛更濃厚，但又不知道應該放甚麼音樂，我為大家做了一個我的百大聖誕專輯列表！ 為了做這個列表，我用上了整整一個月（加上多年的收集與聆聽聖誕音樂的經驗）的時間！注意這個list沒有EP或者群星精選碟，而是集中於個人或音樂拍檔的專輯（就算是back catalog的碟，也是因為原裝的專輯已經絕版了），而如果是群星碟，也不是精選碟而是新歌為主的碟。所以一些經典精選碟如"Soul Christmas"就不會出現在這個列表當中了。
