@cheferic1027 just released his baking recipe book!! It’s got all of his signature bread from his famous bakery in Taichung!! Also, the crumble custard toasts were amazing!!! If you get a chance to visit Taichung, definitely go visit his shop! Their bread sellout pretty fast!
