We’re out and about the waterways of #HongKong as we profile the pioneers charting a new course for the ocean economy.

On a glass bottom boat with WWF in #HongKong’s Hoi Ha Wan, I’m thrilled to see a variety of coral - honeycomb, cactus, pore, disc, daisy, brain and staghorn. Incredibly, Hong Kong is said to have more coral types than the Caribbean.

茅ヶ崎の新鮮な海の幸をリーズナブルに楽しめる店！神奈川県茅ヶ崎市『網元料理あさまる』に伺ってきました。毎朝自家船で仕入れた湘南シラスをはじめ、お店自慢の新鮮な魚介類をふんだんに使ったメニューが地元で大人気です。お昼時には駐車場がいっぱいになるほどの盛況ぶりで、その自慢のランチメニューを頂いてきました。ランチはごはんのお代わりが1回無料という嬉しいサービスもありますよ。初めての訪問でしたが、豪華なお刺身盛りに思わず心が躍りました。それでは早速ご覧ください！

A restaurant where you can enjoy the fresh seafood of Chigasaki at a reasonable price! I visited "Amimoto Cuisine Asamaru" in Chigasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture. The menu, which uses plenty of fresh seafood, which is the specialty of the restaurant, including Shonan Shirasu, which is procured on a private boat every morning, is very popular locally. It was so successful that the parking lot was full at noon, and we had our proud lunch menu. There is also a nice service that you can get a free replacement for lunch once. It was my first visit, but I was thrilled by the gorgeous sashimi platter. Please have a look!

In February 2022, I am publishing a book in English "This Monk Wears Heels" with Watkins Publishing in the UK. In the U.S., Penguin Random House will be promoting it. This book will be sold in more English-speaking countries around the world.
