Palate：微微的紅酒桶暗示，充分的油脂，偏深沉的蜂蜜、乾果甜和少許柑橘、蜜餞酸，許多煙燻橡木桶和一點點菸草，濃濃的黑巧克力和少量黑咖啡，木質單寧感刺激，大量的胡椒、荳蔻辛香，一些烤堅果、烘烤麥芽和烤焦的吐司
Finish：中~長，燒烤橡木桶、煙燻、黑巧克力延續良久，淺淺的乳脂，麥芽、蜂蜜和柑橘甜慢慢分泌
Comment：對於高酒齡的酒款，Rachel Barrie採用四種橡木桶做調和，並以波本桶、雪莉桶和全新橡木桶為基礎。這支21年酒款另外加入的是紅酒桶，不過香氣中較難察覺，仍以雪莉桶為主，而入口後的前端確實有一絲紅酒桶的感覺，融合了雪莉、波本桶(新酒桶存在感不大)的風味屬性相當雋永。

Palate：一入口，大量的蜂蜜、柑橘、蘋果、鳳梨、莓果層層疊疊的湧出，蜜李、蜜餞、酒漬櫻桃、果醬，這些酸酸甜甜的滋味最討我喜愛，少許煙燻，一些胡椒、荳蔻、肉桂和單寧刺激，烤堅果、燒烤橡木桶融在乳脂中，可可亞、巧克力牛乳
Finish：中~長，乳脂、燒烤煙燻、烘烤麥芽、可可亞，和一些蜂蜜、蜜餞，辛香刺激感延續

Palate：深沉的蜂蜜、乾果甜，許多燒烤橡木桶、煙燻、藥草、菸草、雪茄，以及老雪莉桶常有的梅乾菜、醬菜味，很年輕鮮活的木質單寧，肉桂、丁香、荳蔻種種辛香料，少許乳脂，一些柑橘、柑橘皮
Finish：中~長，肉桂、荳蔻，一些柑橘、麥芽甜，淡淡的燒烤橡木桶和煙燻
Comment：30年換成我喜愛的波特酒桶，與雪莉桶融合後，先以沉穩、安靜且清淡嫻雅的方式開展，而後逐漸轉濃，呈現如同老雪莉桶般的深沉風韻，非常迷人。口感上同樣端莊，偏深偏沉的木桶中浮出老雪莉桶常有的醬菜味，加上具有活力的木質感，值得在深夜裡細細體會。

Also, I get comments like “So big liao, still drink neh neh??” “When are you going to introduce formula” “You know you cannot eat Macdonald right???” 😈(?!!!!???!) - So ever since I breastfed Elroy, I learnt to keep my decisions to myself and myself only. ☺️

But there is one thing I hope for - Normalizing breastfeeding. At home, at the workplace, at malls - we have to start somewhere. It’s natural, it’s beautiful and we shouldn’t be shamed into choosing how we wish to feed our kids. 🙏🏻

So yes. 34 months and still going strong. Please dun ask me when I’m going to stop. It has been nothing but amazing for us and I’m cherishing every moment. 🌈✨😊

午後BBC 快報，🇬🇧又確診了34人。
總人數達85了。傍晚時總人數增至87人‼️
大家請不要看到數字增加就驚慌，要看感染方式以及他們最近的出入地點。

🦠85位中目前已知29人是境外感染，或是接觸過確診者。
🦠但有3人是境內感染，可能是一位在蘇格蘭🏴，二位在英格蘭🏴，仍在釐清源頭。
29+3=33 #還少人喔他們是哪裡感染的？

🦠87位中有5位境內感染者不清楚感染源頭，其中英格蘭🏴三位。
英國公衛部從今天起不再提供確診者居住地區，要在總數中比對出新增個案背景好難喔。但英格蘭大概就是Surrey兩位Essex一位。北愛與蘇格蘭各一位境內感染，需要留意變化。

傍晚新增兩名確診者，可能是位在南倫敦Camberwell(最近車站是Denmark Hill ）倫大所屬的國王學院醫院病患。
醫院的信說明了該區病房已經封鎖，限制外區員工與訪客走動，以避免交叉感染。英國公衛部在調查感染源頭。
