Hi 大家，這支影片和過往不太一樣，算是 Vlog，主要是想紀錄這一天要挑戰以前“禁止”自己吃的食物，也就是因為過去的 Eating Disorder (約 8~10 年前) 和 Orthorexia 害怕的食物。

我過去有一樣時間會默默得限制自己什麼東西可以吃，什麼東西不能吃，或是過了幾點不能吃，反而過得很壓抑，每天都活在這些莫名的"規則"之下。現在的我想努力打破這些莫名的規定，開心得活在當下。

希望分享我的這些，也能讓你們有勇氣挑戰自己害怕、"禁止"的食物！：）
