Not only does compound explosive exercises target the majority of joints and muscles, it stimulates the body to move in synchronization

Here is Landmine Rotational Single Arm Double Split Jerk, let me explain:
1️⃣ Start from athletic stance
2️⃣ Clean with one arm
3️⃣ Catch while body turns 90º to the bar
3️⃣ Perform split jerk
4️⃣ Catch at athletic stance
5️⃣ Perform split jerk again
🔥 This is a complex movement. Consult your personal trainer or physical therapist before doing this exercise

這運動是「 地雷管旋轉單手分腿挺舉」,名字有點長,我來解釋怎麼做:
1️⃣ 預備姿勢身體微蹲
2️⃣ 單手把槓鈴抓起來
3️⃣ 換手接槓 身邊往槓鈴方向轉90度
3️⃣ 分腿姿勢做挺舉
4️⃣ 雙腳平行接槓
5️⃣ 再分腿姿勢做挺舉
