Superstar 鞋款迎來 50 週年，最令人矚目的聯名系列便是明日即將發售的 Run-DMC 合作款式！叱吒 80 年代饒舌圈，這支來自美國紐約皇后區 Hollis 區域的饒舌團體，由 Run, D.M.C., Jam Master Jay 三人組成。特別喜愛穿著整套 adidas 運動服搭配 Gold Chain 、不綁鞋帶且鞋舌外露的 Superstar 鞋款(鞋帶部分更一定要換上加寬版本)！這樣的造型引起粉絲們的效仿與喜愛。其廣大的影響力促使了 1986 年 adidas Originals 與 Run-DMC 合作，更推出了知名金曲 《My adidas》奠定了 Superstar 在 Hip-Hop 文化中無法撼動的傳奇地位。
本次設計概念以致敬 Run-DMC 的 DJ "Jam Master Jay" 的時尚品味為主軸，以及過去三人最常在 Hollis 鄰里聚會的 192 Park。服飾系列推出寶藍色緞面外套。此款外套的設計參考了 adidas 過往曾推出的"Best of Times"皮夾克。T-Shirt 款式共帶來黑、白兩款。黑色 T-Shirt 上的 RUN DMC 相片出自於美國傳奇非裔攝影師 Eli Reed 之手，背面則印上了《My adidas》的歌詞。 另一款白色 Tee 則是於胸前放上了 adidas Originals Run-DMC 合作 Logo。這回真正的 OG 降臨，喜愛饒舌文化的朋友們切勿錯過此系列！
