【#BF社會熱話】魯庭暉（魯暉）以37歲之齡擔任ViuTV台長，著重創意的他給予製作團隊及下屬很大的創作空間，亦容許員工講粗口，抒發感情。他又會接受資歷較淺的同事構思節目內容，再交由上層審酌，曾言ViuTV 要做的是「無綫唔捨得做的東西」。

這位ViuTV台長的背景亦不簡單，雖然公屋出身，但從小成績優異。小學就讀於聖保羅書院小學，小學畢業後選擇了一間近屋企的band 5學校，但完成中一後就憑第一的優異成績轉校至名校皇仁書院。而他當時轉校的原因亦頗特別，曾接受傳媒採訪表示，中一時有一名女同學想轉校，為了與她有共同話題便一起轉校。

不過，魯暉於高考的成績普通，未能入讀心儀的新傳系，最後獲中大生物系取錄。不甘心的他除了要名列前茅外，還參加了商台的創作訓練班，為轉系鋪路。最終他經過一年努力轉系成功。他以一級榮譽學士在中大畢業後，申請獎學金赴牛津大學進修社會學碩士。

畢業後，他從事廣告行業，曾為電訊商Sunday和九龍巴士等客戶創作廣告，其後進入全球知名廣告公司Wieden+Kennedy，先後在上海及倫敦分部工作。他之後更獲美國蘋果公司委任為亞洲區創意總監。最後在2010年加入電訊盈科集團至今，成為全港近期熱烈討論的電視台ViuTV台長。
