在此本人想澄清在影片中並沒有對大眾傳播關於我們中了Covid19。
在影片的一開頭，我们已經說明只是在與朋友之間的通話中開玩笑，藉此看看他們有什麼想對我們說。在通電話當下我們也有立刻對朋友澄清我們正在拍測試影片，並沒有感染 covid19, 而在得到朋友的允許後我們才把影片放出來。
希望大家不要被各大媒體的文章标题所誤導，被断章取义，因为那不是我们要表达的意思。
我们并没有不尊重Covid19 的病患者，相反，我们非常关心这次的疫情。我們是真心希望可以呼吁大家儘量留在家裡，照顧好自己的身體健康，才做出這個影片。
這次事件对外界帶來了很多误会，我们以後會思前顧後，注意自己的發文內容。
引起了不必要的争论和误会，浪费了新闻的篇幅去讨论这件事，真的很對不起
在這裡向大家道歉。
First & foremost, I would like to clarify that in the video film made, there is no direct linkage to the current Covid-19 pandemic outbreak that we are all facing.
From the beginning of the video production, we did state that we were just making up a joke to see how our friends would respond. We also had a conversation about it on the phone that it was all just for shooting purpose of the video which meant no harm to anyone inflicted with covid-19 & in fact we only released the video after obtaining permission from our friends.
I hope that the public would not be misled by the titles of the articles of major media masses & ending up misunderstanding by getting the wrong message across as the misconceived idea is that what we meant
We do not disrespect patients inflicted with Covid-19 but on the contrary, we are indeed very concerned about the current crisis that we are all facing. We sincerely urge everyone to stay at home as much as possible and take good care of our health before making this video.
It has caused unnecessary controversy & grieve misunderstanding as this should not be the centre of our attention. I publicly take this opportunity to make a public apology if my video content has stirred up unintended scourge or anger. Once again, I sincerely apologise for my shortcomings.

國外爐子跟台灣的不太一樣，是分成前2後2共4口爐子
這跟接下來要學的這三個諺語有大大～的關係呦！

The standard stove has four burners—two in the front and two in the back. When cooking, it’s common to put pots that need active attention on the front burners and pots that don’t need to be stirred on the back burners. 1⃣ So the phrase “(put/place sth.) on the back burner” means to give something less priority or attention, or postpone it. Ex: We had to put our travel plans on the back burner because of the pandemic.
標準的美式爐子有四個爐口，兩個在前兩個在後。烹煮食物時，我們通常會將需要心力照顧的鍋子放在前面，不用一直顧著的放後面。所以片語 put/place sth. on the back burner 延伸有「不優先考慮，延宕」的意思，如We had to put our travel plans on the back burner because of the pandemic.（疫情期間，我們不得不延後旅遊計畫。）
2⃣ In contrast, “(put/place sth.) on the front burner” means to give something more priority or attention. Ex: The deadline is approaching, so it’s time to put this project on the front burner.
put sth. on the front burner 就是相反的意思，指「優先考量」：The deadline is approaching, so it’s time to put this project on the front burner.（期限快到了，我們應該優先作這份計畫。）
3⃣ What if you “cook on the front burner”? That means you’re successful at something, or making rapid progress. Ex: Two promotions in two years—he’s really cooking on the front burner! 4⃣ The phrase “cook with gas” also has the same meaning. Ex: Great shot—now you’re cooking with gas!
如果我們說一個人 cook on the front burner，就是說他「做事得心應手、在某事上進展快速」，如：Two promotions in two years—he’s really cooking on the front burner!（兩年內升職兩次！他真的是作得不錯！）另外，片語cook with gas 也指同樣意思：Great shot—now you’re cooking with gas!（這球投得好，你真厲害！）

[讀萬卷書不如喝萬杯酒]
此題並非鼓吹大家酗酒，而自己也不是那種喜歡到酒吧賣醉的人，只是在旅途上的多次機會，嘗得了一杯杯美酒，倒令我擴闊了對「美酒」的框架，因而有所感而作分享。
雖讀酒店出身，從前我很討厭身邊人一聽見能讀Wine tasting便雙眼發光，總覺得有些人想讀Wine tasting只好像為了甚麼身份象徵般。個人覺得，除非你真真正正愛酒如命，否則讀Wine tasting要你生記硬背酒的名稱及如何調配，只會令你無窮反感。
恕我見識淺白，即使讀過這些所謂的課程，從前的我對酒的認知確淺，只知道啤酒紅酒或白酒，也不能明白「美酒配佳餚」的真正意思。
這幾年來的「出Trip」中，有著太多品酒的機會。原來，不同菜式，配上不同酒品，確能提昇食品味覺層次。吃甚麼食物，配甚麼酒，甚麼Cocktail適合餐前喝、甚麼House wine需要配搭哪類食物，甚至，一杯酒加冰或不加冰，並不單是James Bond失戀失得型格後變成至愛的「Shaken, not stirred」，當中實有不少學問。
當上了這份工作後，不懂喝也得喝，也總不成每次別人問你喝甚麼，都得反問對方「What's your recommendation」。這次旅程更可說是多次Trip的總和，最高紀錄一天喝了五杯，與PR及酒吧經理之間的對話，可真令我獲益良多。原來，酒可非賣醉，也真可用來怡情。
常覺得當上了這工作後，愈來愈覺得我讀三年酒店的時間真的很多餘。讀萬卷書不如行萬里路，課本讀得再多、背得再熟，也不及實際嘗得一杯美酒般深刻難忘。你問我從前讀了甚麼、背過其麼酒名我真答不到你，親口嘗過，我倒能告知你這是甚麼東西。
當然，若你到內地「出Trip」時，將有極大機會要「無厘頭」地跟某些老總應酬「隊酒」，Well，那又是另一個故事。
