The International Yoga Day has been celebrated annually on the 21st of June since year 2015 as suggested by the current Indian Prime Minister, Narendra Modi.

A beautiful speech by the PM Modi at the UN General Assembly: -
“Yoga is an invaluable gift of India's ancient tradition.
It embodies unity of mind and body; thought and action; restraint and fulfilment; harmony between man and nature; a holistic approach to health and well-being.
It is not about exercise but to discover the sense of oneness with yourself, the world and the nature.
By changing our lifestyle and creating consciousness, it can help in well being.

原以為《愛與怪物》會是怪物驚悚、末日求生以及青春愛情電影的綜合體，沒想到卻比預期的還要幽默風趣且勵志動人，而 Dylan O’Brien 的角色更是格外討喜（讓人聯想到《少狼》Stiles），儘管看似膽小懦弱，卻為了與女友相逢離開地下碉堡，深入充滿怪物的禁地，展開一場攸關生死存亡的冒險，這趟路途不僅讓他走出舒適圈，更是尋得那份一直存在的勇氣與力量，度過重重難關。
「謝謝你鼓舞了我，讓我走這一趟，這是我一生做過最好的決定。」
