Dmitri Shostakovich (who did keep a packed bag at the ready for when a knock at the door came) continued to compose music he knew would never be performed in his lifetime even as he produced work that would satisfy the authorities. Anna Akhmatova, who chronicled Stalinist repressions in her poem “Requiem”, persuaded friends to memorise the work so that it could exist outside the control of the Soviet censors. Other, more obscure members of the intelligentsia learned swathes of classical poetry by heart and performed it in the camps.

    這幾年因為檔期跟工作喜好的關係，推掉很多書設計的案子（發大財！）（不好笑）。但零星時間仍會小小游擊一下自己喜歡且可以發揮的作品。《金色筆記》是諾貝爾文學獎得主多麗絲・萊辛的重要著作，萊辛一生致力於反對種族隔離及殖民主義，更被視為是繼維吉尼亞・吳爾芙後最偉大的女性主義作家。

    The Golden Notebook is a 1962 novel by Doris Lessing. It, like the two books that followed it, enters the realm of what Margaret Drabble in The Oxford Companion to English Literature called Lessing's "inner space fiction"; her work that explores mental and societal breakdown. It contains powerful anti-war and anti-Stalinist messages, an extended analysis of communism and the Communist Party in England from the 1930s to the 1950s, and an examination of the budding sexual and women's liberation movements.

    In 2005, TIME magazine called The Golden Notebook one of the 100 best English-language novels since 1923.[1] It has been translated into a number of other languages.

    The book will be released in Taiwan between August and September.
