🇯🇵 コスプレのコピーライト コスプレのコピーライトの話をした時にいろんな悪いことを言われたので、びっくりしました。できるだけでちょっと説明しましょう。 コスプレとして日本政府の決断は私の仕事に関係あることです。 世界中のコスプレが好きな人にフォローされているので、伝えたほうがいいと思いました。 コスプレがカルチャーとして大きく成長してきてお金を稼ぐ人が増えてきたので、ルールを作らないといけなくなってしまった中で、コスプレをビジネスにしている人に日本政府は規則を決めるということです。 日本政府は今のコスプレ文化を守りたいから慎重にルールを作りたいという事です。 🇬🇧 ℂ𝕆ℙ𝕐ℝ𝕀𝔾ℍ𝕋 & ℂ𝕆𝕊ℙ𝕃𝔸𝕐 After my IG stories on this topic, I’ve been overwhelmed by all the insults and critics that came for me, and honestly I was left speechless. I want to clear the air, as much as possible. This decision, as I work daily doing cosplays, would affect me a lot. Since many of you that follow me have the same interest and passion for this country, I thought to share on my IG stories (in which I spoke in general) that they are thinking about introducing a copyright law more specific regarding the use of character’s names and costumes, for those of course that gain money by making their cosplays. Obviously this is mostly speculation, nothing has been decided and this has been in the air for years. I guess we’ll see! 🇮🇹 𝔽𝔸ℂℂ𝕀𝔸𝕄𝕆 ℂℍ𝕀𝔸ℝ𝔼ℤℤ𝔸 𝕀𝕝 𝕔𝕠𝕡𝕪𝕣𝕚𝕘𝕙𝕥 𝕖 𝕚𝕝 𝕔𝕠𝕤𝕡𝕝𝕒𝕪 Dopo aver accennato alla questione copyright e cosplay, sono stata travolta da una marea di insulti e critiche che mi hanno lasciata interdetta. Mi preme chiarirmi, per quanto possibile. Lavorando nell'ambiente cosplay, la decisione (al momento ipotetica) da parte del governo giapponese mi tocca in prima persona. Essendo seguita principalmente da persone con la mia stessa passione ma lontane dal Giappone ho ritenuto importante far sapere ciò: dopo il successo del cosplay nel mondo, il governo giapponese pensa sia necessario imporre delle regole specifiche sul cosplay, per chi ne fa un uso commerciale. Es: a parte in caso di lavoro ufficiale, il cosplay porta introiti solo a chi vende le sue foto o performance e non all'azienda che ha creato tale personaggio, che ne detiene i diritti.
