這裡想分享一個小觀念
因為太多人把變形鏡的效果跟電影鏡頭畫上等號
變形鏡只是一種畫面藝術表現的鏡頭類別
一直稱這顆鏡頭為
"真的電影鏡頭"、幫你拍出"電影感"的鏡頭
看得很頭痛 XD
你總不會覺得ARRI的Spherical電影鏡頭沒有電影感吧 XD
應該說 電影鏡頭這一詞的設計
是以劇組功能面大於畫面成像
方便電影拍攝上 對於畫面能有更細節的處理
而不是以"電影感" 畫面去取決於是不是電影鏡頭
不然 平面鏡頭也能拍電影 成像也絕對不差
但因為對焦行程、跟焦齒、呼吸效應、光圈值...等
沒辦法那麼細節去處理畫面
所以你也不會稱他電影鏡頭
希望能幫大家釐清楚兩者的區別~

蘿蔔糕煎蝦餅

材料：
蘿蔔糕
急凍蝦仁180克

處理：
1. 蝦仁，清水解凍，擎乾水。
2. 蝦仁，菜刀刀背拍扁，刴至起膠。
3. 蝦膠，加入少許胡椒粉，向同一個方向攪勻至起膠。
4. 蘿蔔糕，切好一件件，放入蝦膠內。
5. 蝦膠及蘿蔔糕比例，1:1.5，戴上透明膠手套，揸碎蘿蔔糕及蝦膠，撈勻，搓成球狀，放碟上。

烹調：
1. 大火在鑊中燒熱油2湯匙。
2. 放蝦餅落鑊。
3. 一面煎至金黃色，反轉，輕手壓扁一點。
4. 兩面已煎至金黃色，擎乾油。
5. 完成，上碟。

Shrimp sauce with turnip cake:

Ingredients:
Turnip cake
Frozen shrimps 180g

Preparation:
1. Shrimps, defrost with tap water. Hang dry. Dry with kitchen towels.
2. Shrimps, beat well. Chop it until it turns sticky.
3. Shrimp paste, mix with little pepper. Stir it in one direction until it becomes thick.
4. Turnip cake, cut into pieces, put into the shrimp paste.
5. The ratio of shrimp paste and turnip cake, 1:1.5. Put on a pair of gloves, squash the turnip cake and shrimp paste, mix well. Make it in a spherical shape. Put on plate.

Steps:
1. Heat up oil 2 tbsp at high flame in wok. Then turn to medium~low flame.
2. Put shrimp cake in wok.
3. One side of shrimp cake has been fried into golden yellow, flip over. Press softly.
4. Two sides of shrimp cake have been fried into golden yellow, hang dry the oil.
5. Complete. Serve.
