無名鵝肉店

在北投兩家無名的鵝肉店裡面,多數知道的都是鄰長阿德的鵝肉店,但我選擇了這家小小間的店面,因為我覺得他的鵝肉湯很溫暖

這樣聽起來好像很抽象,每次來到這間小店,我總是點上各半的雞魯飯(手切雞絲+滷肉飯),配上滷得透徹的黑色厚豆干,一盤鵝肉,加上一碗鵝腸湯,胃總是能迅速地被溫暖起來,鵝肉帶點煙燻味,扎實的肉質在咀嚼後充滿香氣,滷豆干好吃到拿來下酒都絕對是一份主菜,湯頭帶點當歸但不過份搶味,總是讓小編喝到見底

店很小旁邊就是北投特有的摩托車服務,有時還會看到司機幫忙端菜,也幫忙外送,這個小畫面很北投很人情味.

No name Goose

There are 2 restaurants sells goose dishes in Beitou area, the one belongs to the Head of the neighborhood is more well-known. But I'd like to introduce another restaurant, I like it because their goose soup is very "heart-warming".
It may be hard to imagine by just reading my introduction. Every time I dine there, I always ordered a bowl of chicken-pork rice (sliced chicken plus braised pork), a plate of braised beancurd and goose meat, and a bowl of goose intestine soup. These simple foods always warm up my stomach and my heart immediately. The goose meat tastes a bit with smoked flavor, I also enjoy the texture of the meat. The braised beancurd is very flavorful, it's good with a bottle of beer. The soup tastes a bit of "Angelica", but not too strong to cover up the main material in it.

The restaurant is very small, and next to it you will find the "scooter taxi station" which is a speciality of Beitou. Sometimes when the day is slower for the drivers, they would even help with serving the customers of the restaurant and the delivery of the foods. I just love the touching quality of Taiwanese people so much.
