Still now, I try to omit sodium if I can when I cook for A. I’ve always ate very bland myself, but I know my husband prefers more flavour, so I often make a dip to go with some of the dishes I make. For Chinese food, my go-to dip is a garlic soy sauce dip 🥰 swipe to the last page to see the ingredients.
I made a green onion version of this as well and A didn’t seem to like it much and spat it out 😛 he did like the chive one and he kept taking a bite from the shared plate and putting it back like nothing happened 😂
Cauliflower was the winner ingredient to our collaboration poll this week and my take this week is a savoury asian pancake filled with cauliflower, Shitake mushroom and chives. This is suitable for babies under 1 too 🥰 I hope you like it.

如果可以的話我還是會儘量不放鹽在小哲的食物。其實對我來說無所謂因為我本來就吃的很清淡，可是我知道哲爸其實是比較重口味的。所以時常會做一個沾醬來配一些沒放鹽的菜，這個醬通常就是某種大蒜醬油醬。好奇的話可以滑到最後一頁看我平常做的醬☺️
這個煎餅我也有做了一個青蔥版本，可是小哲好像不愛，他把它吐出來了😒可是還好韭菜的他喜歡！他喜歡到一直偷吃公盤上的煎餅，一直咬一口然後又放回盤子好像沒事放生過一樣，真的是😅
