20210525 當全國警戒三級延長到6/14時， 不知道我們是不是一樣，都有那麼一絲絲的慌恐與焦慮。 - 新冠肺炎病毒的到來，逼得我們不得不停下忙碌的腳步，與自己獨處。 曾經我自認為自己是一個極度熱愛與自己相處的人。 一個人吃飯、一個人訓練、一個人看電影、一個人逛街、一個人環島、一個人躲在咖啡廳看書一整天、一個人掛號排刀房等病床、一個人在開刀前一晚獨自前往醫院過夜。 回想起來一切都感覺很不可思議，這一路走來的經驗裡都在告訴我，我可以很堅強，可以很獨立，可以與自己對話給自己勇氣。 但當此時此刻，又再一次被迫停下人生腳步審視自己的時候， 於是再度開始懷疑，我到底能不能跟我自己相處？ - 在華人的字典裡， 「孤獨」分開來看「孤」和「獨」都是非常負面的意義； 但在西方文字裡「solitarily」的字根「sol」卻代表著「太陽」。 後來我才開始重新理解其中的含意，重新定義這個字對我的意義。 - 當我們躲起來切斷一切網路世界和自己相處的時候，到底還喜不喜歡自己？ 當我們沒有辦法群聚的時候，是不是還能夠把自己活得很豐富？ 當我們沒有工作了，我是否還有存在的價值？ - 這樣的問題，總是在低潮的時候，才會往裡面看。 不知道我們是不是一樣，都在這場風暴中， 努力重新找回愛自己的勇氣， 努力重新為生命找到新的意義， 努力重新定義自己的價值。 - #獻上可愛貓貓照 #貓 #貓咪 #貓奴 #鏟屎官 #sunny傷妮

常覺得孤單 沒有歸屬感 也常害怕別人不喜歡我怎麼辦 大家都有自己的事要忙 明明找國際學生很容易 卻還是逼自己要跟當地學生混在一起 Everything unsettled me. I was solitarily,lack of loyalty, and also afraid of nobody likes me. The thing is, every student has their own business. How can they hang out with me all the time? The better way is to join big international group, but I just force myself get along with local students.
