結論:
WD_BLACK SN850 NVMe 1TB SSD支援PCIe4.0 x4傳輸,提供最高讀取7,000MB/s、寫入
5,300MB/s、1,000K IOPS,於CrystalDiskMark的SEQ1M Q8T1讀取/寫入測試可接近規格速
度,RND4K Q32T16讀取/寫入測試IOPS最高值為854K/716K。把WD_BLACK SN850 NVMe 1TB
SSD改接至PCIe3.0 x4介面上,匯流排頻寬會限制最高連續存取效能,不過對於4K隨機存
取效能影響不大。WD_BLACK SN850 NVMe 1TB SSD全碟寫入超過500GB後才會開始降速,不
過降速後仍維持一定水準的寫入速度。即使有加散熱片,附近未提供氣流流動下本體仍有
較明顯溫度,建議最好讓SSD散熱片附近有氣流流動,有效控制長時間讀寫的溫度
