【簡訊實聯制 增幅全台灣🇹🇼】

世界各國在「追蹤足跡」及「保障人權」的調和中有各自的作法；台灣近日啟動實名制，政務委員 唐鳳 結合民間專家迅速推出 #全國通用 的 #簡訊實聯制，不僅使用方便，系統更能整合，落實 #科技防疫 。

Since the Level-3 COVID-19 alert was announced for Taipei and New Taipei on May 15, residents of the cities have been fiddling with their phones at the entrances of stores and supermarkets filling out questionnaires for contact-tracing purposes. Now that the Level 3 alert has been expanded to the entirety of Taiwan, Digital Minister Audrey Tang saw an opportunity to introduce a way to expedite the process with a quick and easy QR-code to SMS system which has made life easier for everyone.

When customers want to enter a shop, they simply scan the QR code and this directs them automatically to send a text message to 1922. They can then show the sent message to store clerks to gain entry. The system keeps track of movements for 28 days, to enable quick and easy contact tracing and replaces the requirement to fill out an online form to gain entry to stores.

While Taiwan has been raised to Alert Level 3, a step below a general lockdown, which is the first time this has not happened to us yet, though people are required to wear masks outside, and registering your movement has become more and more common place. The Taiwanese People as a whole under the guidance of the Taiwan CDC, 陳時中, Chen Shih-chung, the Minister of Health and Welfare for Taiwan and all those who work together with him. Taiwan's President, Ing-Wen Tsai, Ing-wen Tsai Tsai Ing-Wen, Tsai Ing-Wen as well as all those who worked together in cooperation together with Taiwan's Digital Minister, Audrey Tang, 唐鳳, with the amount of time the new system will save, it will also help us cut down on the amount of time we have to idly stand around while filling out a form before entering.

你知道 iMessage 可以免費傳訊嗎？不過前提是你和傳訊的對象都是使用iPhone的機種，這樣就能夠透過3G或wifi傳送免費的簡訊，但傳訊之前要先確認已經打開 iMessage 的功能才有效喔!!

首先進入 "設定"＞"訊息" ，將 iMessage 功能打開，開啟後才算真正擁有 iMessage 功能，要特別注意的是傳訊的雙方都要開啟這個選項，如果只有你開啟 iMessage 功能，對方沒有開也沒有用，而且還要在"連網的狀態"才能"免費"傳訊息喔！要怎麼判斷那些簡訊是 iMessage ，那些不是呢? 我們可以從訊息的顏色得知，在訊息中分為三種顏色"灰色、藍色、綠色"，代表提供服務的顏色。
灰色：代表對方傳送給你的簡訊，不管用SMS或 iMessage 都是灰色表示
藍色：免費傳訊
綠色：一般簡訊

原本 iMessage 只支援文字簡訊，新版iOS8版本新增了語音與影像的簡訊功能，操作方式很簡單，只要壓住右側的麥克風按鈕直接說話錄音，就能馬上紀錄語音訊息，錄完畢後划至"↑"上放開，就可直接傳送出去，如果不小心錄失敗也沒關係，點"X"就可以取消。如果要拍照的話，那就更簡單嚕，點選左側照相機，接著點中間圖片中的照相機，馬上拍照並傳送。拍影片的話一樣點選左側照相機，接著點紅色圓圈開始錄影，放開會出現傳送或刪除。這些功能預設兩分鐘之後會自動清除，避免佔掉太多空間，如果想要保存的話可以按“儲存”或到“設定”中調成永遠不清除。

除此之外用戶還可以在 iMessage 分享所在位置，或是將對話群組重新命名或加標籤以便尋找。新功能還可以讓用戶"離開"這些聊天群組，卻不必刪除手機中全部的紀錄。不過老實說以上這些功能不管是Line，What’s app或是We Chat早就提供了，相信對大家來說應該一點都不生疏吧？
