1. Philip Kingsley Elasticizer, I read the reviews of this online before trying this, I got it in the @net-a-porter advent calendar, reviews really excited me but did not notice much, but I’m horrible at testing hair stuff always feel it still looks the same! @philip_kingsley 

2. Akar Skin soothe cleanser, always enjoyed using this, lasted me ages, beautiful spa scent that I don’t mind in cleansers. *gifted @akarskin 

3. Verdio UV Moisture Essence SPF 50+, bought on @yesstyle nice non-pilling SPF no white cast, slightly too glowy. Use code LETI378 on Yesstyle

4. Andalou 1000 Roses Hair Mask, nice smelt great, again I’m bad at noticing a difference with hair treatments. Bought it on @iherb and can use code LET3728 for a discount. @andalounaturals 

5. U Beauty The Super Smart Hydrator, Got this one in the Net-a-porter advent calendar too, so nice! But very pricy! @ubeauty 

6. Dr Dennis Gross Hyaluronic Marine Dew It Right Eye Gel, another one from the calendar, nice texture, felts good, won’t be too heavy under your eyes. @drdennisgross 

7. Art Natural Argan Oil & Aloe Hair Mask bought on iherb, used it up because I’m not wasteful but this scent was very strong! @artnaturals

♥ Cách làm món Chả cá Lã Vọng Hà Nội ngon. Món ngon nhà nấu thích hợp cho người sống ở Mỹ hoặc nước ngoài không mua được cơm mẻ.

♥ Nguyên liệu:
❖ Chả cá:
2 lbs. (907g) cá Tilapia, không da, không xương
3 tbsp muỗng canh riềng xay mịn
1 tsp muỗng cà phê mắm tôm
1 tsp muỗng cà phê muối
½ cup (120ml) sữa chua buttermilk
2 tbsp muỗng canh bột bắp
2 tsp muỗng cà phê bột nghệ

❖ Mam Tom sauce:
1 tbsp muỗng canh mắm tôm
1 tbsp muỗng canh đường
1 tbsp muỗng canh nước
Nước ½ trái chanh xanh
2 tbsp muỗng canh dầu
1 tbsp muỗng canh tỏi bằm nhuyễn
Ớt bằm nhuyễn tuỳ thích

❖ Accompaniments:
½ cup đậu phộng rang
Rau thì là
Hành lá
Bún

Primitive human evolution from the Bronze Age to the Iron Age is a long step. it is the premise for us to progress to civilization. The melting point of iron is very high so we need coal with a high burning point. We found coal. a coal whose exothermic temperature can burn up to 2000 degrees. we found a lot of iron ore in one river. it's a very fine ore. After many hours of ore smelting we have obtained a small number of very small pieces of iron. we need more time to be able to smelt more iron in order to be able to create the tools needed in the primitive era.
