而在這26年間，這個俱樂部培養了不分男女老少的學員，投入這項運動；更訓練了超過300名女性學員，許多女性學員更表示學習扳手腕能增加她們的自信，並提升自我防衛的能力。其中一名女學員 Shruti Bawa 在接受媒體專訪時即表示，在學習扳手腕後，讓她有勇氣去任何想去的地方，更有自信獨自旅行！
