and the shrieks.
My cat moans so I
treat her a spoonful of fish
—should be enough to mute her.
I lie down and close my eyes. The iron fan sighs
ceaselessly with a smoker’s throat.
I switch it off and turn on the air con. My puffy dandelion
stretches her limbs and shows her belly
in the cool breeze but the flow
of winds roll me into a deep sea. I jump
up and press the button.
Everything is off.

Oh our Noah and his favorite GIRL Friend (classmate), a ha! auntie liang thinking too much into the future again. But I can't help it when I looked at sweet Isabelle and how well behave she is with our little mischievous Noah, really like the idea of seeing them together! Haha, wonder if she can tame the lion into a cat? Such coincidence we keep bumping into their family at movie screenings! So a #welfie is a definite, before we check in our phones for the preview screening!

As much as our phones are kept away, it can't keep us from laughing out heart away and sobbing together with the characters of ToyStory 4. It's been another 9 years since the 3rd movie and 24 years since the first movie, this movie has seen me thru childhood and into my motherhood! I must say this sequel is the best of the rest toy story. It has friendship, loyalty, love, new adventures and some 'inner voice listening' - spoiler alert hor but this really shapes the whole story for Woody 🐎, BO peep🐑 and especially for Buzz 🚀!

Expect plenty of laughters shrieks and weeping moments towards the end, I must say this is definitely the movie to watch, whether you are kid watching an adult movie or a adult watching a kids movie - you can get what I mean! There is something for everyone lor... Bringing in new characters but keeping to the the soul of being a toy.. This movie didnt at all disappoint, I can say it's our favorite animation movie of the year so far.. To infinity and beyond!

Oh! One more - Keanu Reeves kills it as one Duke Caboom! You won't miss him!

On the tough days, I remind myself on why I chose to be a mum, and a stay-at-home one, in the first place. This post was written five years ago yet today, I still feel and stand for every word of it. The journey might not be easy, but every bit of it is still worthwhile. No doubt about it.
