8-course tasting menu:
1. 生蠔油甘魚刺身,芫荽,紅色辣椒,柚子,豉油。每人有2隻,有生蠔和刺身一齊食到幾特別。
2. 吞拿魚沙律,米林,糖蜜,豉油,辣椒。
3. 海鮮湯,大蝦,魷魚,青檸,芫荽,日式上湯,青檸的酸帶出了海鮮湯的鮮味。
4. 烤魷魚與蘆筍,七味粉,紅辣椒醬汁
5. 蒸鯛魚,柚子牛油,姜,蔥。魚肉很滑和無骨✌🏻
6. 安格斯牛柳和鵝肝,柚子松露醬,占地茸菇。鵝肝煎的比較乾但𥚃面不juicy,味道OK,一人一小片,太少了。安格斯牛柳切成好多片薄片,味道唔錯👍🏻
7. 高級壽司拼盤,與日本餐廳比較,這碟壽司拼盤只是普通款式,一點都不高級😓
8. 莫吉托慕斯,日本葡萄,覆盆子芒果果凍,白巧克力薄荷濃稠忌廉,白朗姆酒青瓜果凍。喱碟我最鍾意,靚和味道很特別😃。

Two friends of mine came from Beijing to HK for business meetings, so we met for dinner and dined at this restaurant with a bit of harbour view, nice decor, and modern Asian cuisine - the 8-course tasting menu:
1. Oyster Yellowtail Sashimi, coriander, rocoto, yuzu, soy. This was quite an unique dish as I ate the oyster and raw fish in the same bite.
2. Tuna Salad, mirin, molasses, soy, pepper
3. Seafood Soup, prawn, squid, lime, coriander, dashi. This was a bit sour, from the lime, but it brought out the freshness taste of the seafood.
4. Grilled Squid with Asparagus, shichimi, red pepper coulis
5. Steamed snapper, yuzu butter, ginger, negi. The snapper was quite tender and boneless.
6. Angus Beef Tenderloin Foie Gras, yuzu truffle emulsion, shimeji. There was only just one piece of foie gras per person and it was cooked to too dry, the beef was better and cut into many thin slices, easy for sharing.
7. Premium Sushi Platter, chef selection of sushi. If this was serve in a Japanese restaurant, the sushi selection was just cheap, not premium, nothing special.
8. Mojito Mousse, japanese grape, raspberry mango gel, white chocolate, mint crémeux, white rum cucumber jelly. This was my favourite dish of all, there were many unique flavours that brought surprises and it looked pretty.

話說連假前甩哥我已經有稍微囤積一些食材了,現在就等我慢慢把它們消化中,看著冰箱漸漸變空然後把它再補滿的無限循環算是愛烹飪的人每日要面對的課題囉☺️☺️☺️

本日的早午餐也是蠻隨性的組合,前一晚殺好的鳳梨不好消耗完,今早也一起當飯後水果吧~

迷你奇異果最近也在各通路出現,不得不說味道還是很棒,而且超方便,洗乾淨就直接吃了,比傳統的奇異果還吸引我,季節限定一定先吃再說囉🥰

連假軟爛的甩哥沒什麼好說的,好好休息充電比較實際,在家自己煮也健康,說真的如果家裡有健身器材的話我應該可以很久都不用出門,我在家裡真的可以找很多事做,而且目前外送超方便,偶爾偷懶不下廚也無妨,送餐送食材靠手機就能完成,身為現代人真的超幸福❤️❤️❤️
