2019-10-28 11:41:40今夜は鹿児島天文館の夜のシメに！鹿児島県鹿児島市、最大の繁華街にある『のり一』にお邪魔しました！創業は昭和24年、地元でやはりシメの店として人気を二分する「小金太」と並び絶大な人気を誇ってきた人気ラーメン店です！豚骨スープがベースの九州地方、鹿児島にあってこちらはほぼ透明の塩鶏ガラスープのラーメンが特徴で、そのあっさりした中にもコクある味わいはまさに飲みの締めにふさわしい逸品なんです！夜中3時まで営業(金土は4時まで)しており、まさに繁華街のサラリーマンだけでなく、近隣にお勤めの方が仕事終わりに立ち寄ることも多いようです！そんな活気あふれるお店で、ラーメンとライスを頂いてきました！思わず食べに行きたくなる…派手さはないけどそんなラーメンを実食してきた模様をどうぞご覧下さい！
Tonight at Kagoshima Tenmonkan night! We visited "Noriichi" in Kagoshima City, Kagoshima Prefecture, the biggest downtown area! Founded in 1949, it is a popular ramen restaurant that has been extremely popular alongside “Kokinta”, which is also a popular shime restaurant locally! In Kagoshima, the Kyushu region, which is based on pork bone soup, this is characterized by the almost transparent salted chicken born ramen, and its light taste is perfect for drinking! It is open until 3:00 (Friday and Saturday until 4 o'clock), and it seems that not only busy office workers but also people working in the neighborhood often stop by at the end of work! We had ramen and rice at such a vibrant shop! I want to go to eat unintentionally ... Please see the pattern of eating such ramen, though not flashy!
