"There are four main trends underlying the June inflation report. First are the items where prices fell sharply at the start of the pandemic and that are now returning to their pre-pandemic levels. Second are items where prices have temporarily risen above their pre-pandemic levels due to supply constraints and could come down. Third are items where prices are likely settling at a permanently higher level. And fourth are items where price increases have slowed rather than accelerated as a result of the pandemic, at least for now."

"Increases in owners’ equivalent rents—the Labor Department’s estimate of what homeowners would have to pay each month if they were renting their own home—also haven’t rebounded very far."

"Those prices could pick up in the months ahead, Ms. Bostjancic said, in part due to rapid increases in home prices. It takes about 18 months for a rise in real-estate prices to translate into stronger owners’ equivalent rents, she said.

“That’s one of those categories that needs to catch up following the worst of the pandemic,” she said.

That could add to inflation pressures in the coming months. Shelter costs represent almost a third of the basket of goods and services that the department looks at to calculate overall inflation."

目前餐飲業的窘境: 餐飲業在各產業中, 薪資較低. 疫情後, 因有人怕被病毒傳染(因為餐飲業是與人高度接觸的行業之一), 或是轉往薪資較高的產業, 或是想找到生活上的平衡(因為餐飲業時間特殊), 或因為家中有幼孩需要照顧, 所以餐飲業人力資源在疫情後反彈的情況, 不若其他產業. 解法? Technology.

然而，對無家可歸者來說，在「居家避疫」下，他們不知道該去哪裡。事實上，他們無處可去。

平時，他們睡在人行道、露營帳篷、橋下，沒有足夠的水、食物、衛生設備和各種防護；只是現在在外遊蕩，還雪上加霜，多了感染新冠病毒（COVID-19）的風險。

令人擔憂的是：當無家可歸者在城市度過一天的行程後，又回到庇護所，與其他人近距離的接觸和睡覺，接著，發生群聚和社區感染。

此外，無家可歸者本身就是易感染的高危險群，他們有許多生活在貧困中而造成的疾病，包含糖尿病、哮喘、心臟病和其他慢性疾病等，平均年齡又落在50~75歲的中高齡，這些都讓他們更容易患上重病⋯⋯

An igloo, also known as a snow house or snow hut, is a type of shelter built of snow. However, it never snows in Taipei in winter. This year BELLAVITA built a dreaming scene for us: glass igloo & snow caves. Such a fancyland, right? But I didn't have too many photos here, because these things are too popular, you need to spent a lot of time to wait in line. Haha! 🌈

We cover KEI of the sixth grader in an elementary school over a long
period of time.
She is the girl who is doing animal relief activities in the certain
place in Kanto.

She takes Buss alone and is taking care of the animal on the holiday at
center.
She is also taking also at the house care of the cat relieved in the
center, and the cat by which it was hit by the earthquake disaster. She
takes care of an animal of her will.
It is because she likes dogs, cats, and animals.

We thought that her action was wonderful.
From last year, she was mixed with the adult and has participated also
in the school of animal relief.
We cover from now on, in order to tell the true figure of animal relief.

and you, the persons concerned who cooperated, -- thank you

活動を長期に渡り取材します。

休みの日はバスに乗り継ぎ一人でセンター迄やってきて世話をしてます。
自身の自宅でもセンターで救済した猫と震災被災猫の世話もしています。
犬も大好き、動物大好きから、自らの意思で活動す慧ちゃん。

素晴らしいですね、昨年から大人に混じって講習会にも参加してます。
正確な映像をお伝えする為にこれからも取材します。
