前幾天不是分享最近都在追韓劇「出軌的話就死定了」，過程中的劇情都很喜歡，走懸疑搞笑浪漫路線，就是收尾時超快速有點超出我的想像啊！欸，哪會按呢？

目前追的是「上流謊言」，剛好女主也是曹如晶~只是比較痛苦的是還沒完結篇所以每週都要等最新集數出來太難熬啦！

When i was pregnant, i had received comments that i should give away my cats bcos it'll give my baby asthma. although, giving my cats away was never an option, a part of me was always worried about our decision. Layla did not interact much with the cats before she turn 4m old, after that, we allowed them to interact as much as they like. And since Layla started crawling, theres really no stopping her.

The instant friendship that was formed between Pito and Layla was just amazing. Pito, my almost 3 yo that i picked up from Capitol Threatre almost 3 years ago, is always a little gila, she's got such a playful and childlike character. we were worried that bcos of that she'll accidentally hurt Layla. turns out we were both so wrong! she's ever so patient and sweet to Layla, always protecting her when we aren't watching, always enticing Layla to crawl and walk, and always there to wish Layla good morning! Even though she's shitting her pants when Layla screams excitedly and crawls so quickly towards her, she tries her best to stay calm and have so much trust in us that we will manage Layla, she'd lie down so that Layla can pat her or hug her.

Moments like this just reassures us that our decision to adopt a stray and continue keeping them, is definitely the right thing to do. whenever we bring Layla out, she's always waving eagerly to other animals. i think its bcos of the furry friends she has at home that teaches her empathy towards other animals.

All of us are so lucky to have somehow find a way to one another. My family of 3+2 ❤

I have a confession.

I can't put my baby down for naps. I nv could from the day she was born.

When Layla was just born, she had so much trouble napping. She'd only nap for 5mins a day, sometimes none at all. During my confinement period, it was my CN who'd put her down for nap. I took the time to rest while she napped. After she left, my helper took over. Over time, Layla got use to it and would only associate her to naps. My helper became her sleep prop. When she was younger, we would sometimes nap together with her latching on me. But now, she doesnt even want to do that anymore. She's ok with me at night, but nv in the day. When my helper goes on leave, She'd be sooo tired but refuse to sleep. The only way is to put her in a carrier and walk ard until she's asleep.

Frankly, im really bummed about it. My insecurities surfaced. I feel like I'm not good enough. I question my ability as a mother.

What mother can't put their baby to sleep?

I kept telling Deon that i wanna retrain her, so that she associates me to nap. But that also means i have to put her through distress when she's already found a sweet routine. He also said that eventually when she starts school, she will need to learn to sleep on her own. But, can i wait tt long when i feel so stressed wherever my helper goes on leave?

I question myself... do i want to retrain her for my ego or for real practical reason. I don't have the answer.

I know it's so silly to condemn myself for this one thing when i do so well in almost everything else.

Motherhood brings out underlying issues in a woman that you never knew existed.
Fellow moms, if u think ive got it altogether bcos i always look so happy and collected in my ig. Think again. I'm really just a regular mom with my regular insecurities.

Since Ayla can speak and understand well, we thought she'd be ready to be potty trained. She would not go near it never mind sit on it voluntarily. One day, I heard noises from the utility room and was in disbelief what what I saw. HOW DOES HE DO IT?

Isaac, I don't know how you do it. Whatever you're doing, please keep doing it!

PMDD has been kicking my butt lately. Feeling much better today thank goodness.

Jason: I was really hoping she'd bring me back a vintage Rolex or something hahahaha
no luck... but she did say she'd take me to Tokyo again later this year, so I can chose my own watch (if I haven't already bought a bucket load of stuff beforehand in HK or somewhere else)

Sarah: To be fair, I didn't buy much myself, just a little bag (quite literally a small small one) and a couple of makeup items... and as Jason will tell you himself, all we ever want to buy now are things for Damon, clothes, toys, food... you name it, anything for Damon

What would be nice if a family trip with Damon soon... hmmm... that would be very cool!
But in the meantime, let's just enjoy a little family time at home in HK☺️
