    1) What goes around comes around（因果応報）
    =================================
    　
    直訳すると「出ていくものは戻ってくる」ですが、これは「因果応報」に相当する表現で、自分の行いはいずれ報いとなって自分に返ってくる、罰が当たることを意味します。一般的にはネガティブな状況で使われます。
    　
    ＜例文＞
    　
    You shouldn’t do that. What goes around comes around.
    （そんなことはしない方がいい。ツケが回ってくるよ。）
    　
    What goes around comes around. I believe in karma.
    （因果応報だよ。僕はカルマを信じてる。）
    　
    Always treat people with kindness and respect. You know what they say, what goes around comes around.

    Cynicalは、態度がひねくれていたり疑いの目で物事を見ているさまを表し、その根底には、「人間とは自己中心的で誠実ではない」という考えがあります。

    （私は自分のことを結構ひねくれ者だと思っています。）

    4) Satisfy needs（ニーズを満たす）

    「ニーズを満たす」ことをsatisfy ____ needsと表現します。「顧客のニーズを満たす」はsatisfy the customers’ needs、「精神的ニーズを満たす」はsatisfy one’s emotional needsのように、具体的なニーズがsatisfyとneedsの間に入ります。satisfy the needs of ____と言うこともでき、「顧客のニーズを満たす」はsatisfy the needs of the customersでもOKです。

    We need to do a better job satisfying our users’ needs.

    Well....... 😅 Started P4, had a shit start, lost a couple of places, climbed back up to 2nd and our race just went downhill from there.

    So the weather was quite hangry today, was drizzling at the start of the race but nothing major. Then heavier drops in pit lane and some parts of the circuit about 10 minutes into the race before second safety car was deployed. We made a judgement call at the last corner and shot straight into pit lane for a change of wet tyres. OHYEAHHHH

    BUT it was at that very moment, when the others who pitted with us, was absolutely 💯 shafted. We just didn't know it yet. 🤯😅

    We thought we could get the undercut should the sky pour down on us, like it always does here, but miraculously this time it f🤬ing didn't. So, wet tyres on a drying track, gone nowhere, you get the picture.

    Enough about today, we start P5 tomorrow with @mrumpracing at the helm. 💪We learn from our mistakes and push hard tomorrow! Like Henk said, It can only get better! 😁
