Recipe: Mac and Cheese Stuffed Chicken 中文嘅版本 please 撳bio嘅 Yahoo link 😃 Ingredients: 1 large chicken 丹麥雞 Salt and pepper for seasoning 鹽同胡椒 Macaroni and Cheese: 200g Cooked macaroni 通心粉 50g Butter 牛油 50g All-purpose flour 中筋麵粉 250g Milk 牛奶 100-200g Cheddar cheese, or Your favourite cheese 你自己最鍾意嘅芝士 Instructions: This is a really fun recipe. First Make the mac and cheese first by making a “Roux”. Cook the butter and flour and then add the milk bit by bit whilst mixing well. When all the milk is cooked in, add the macaroni and cheese. Transfer to a mould or cupcake tin and freeze for 4-8 hours. Debone the chicken and season with salt and pepper. Stuff with the frozen mac and cheese and sew to seal the cavity. Preheat oven to 170 and roast for 1 hour. Passing by 3 supermarkets (but only 100m away from each other) and I came across with only one. I offered him the food, and he was keeping saying MERCI THANK YOU. I feel sad that I really hope EVERYONE would be ok in this epidemic situation... and I’d go to offer another bag of food next time I go to supermarket. 💪 / I found out that @QOQA is selling #sewing machine for kids. Reheating the meat and #BAO is the supper tonight. #Taiwanfood #yummy #covid19 #passioncoronavirus #quarantinefood #passionswissculture #stayhome #passiongenevacooking / 🦠瑞士全民坐月子Day 8🦠 誰說隔離在家很無聊？ 我今天早上又有新的任務， 學生兩位說要繼續跟我學習中文， 但是他們公司只有Microsoft Team， 所以他們希望用這個軟體， 好的！ 學生都這麼說了， 老師於是又要開始學習這個軟體怎麼使用， 真的是實踐活到老學到老的精神。 😂 / 挑戰Microsoft Team 一番（功能太多我差點腦死）， 出門去超市， 一定要買一條黃瓜&優格。 另外有一個重大使命， 前幾天回台灣的交換學生， 留下了一堆乾糧， 我將它們分成兩大袋， 在去超市路上希望能給需要幫助的乞丐。 今天天氣很冷， 是因為這樣嗎？ 我走了三家超市都沒有遇到任何乞丐， 好不容易路過第四家的隔壁的隔壁建築， 發現一位中年的無家可歸的男子瑟縮在一台車子旁乞討， 我馬上走上前去：「請問我可以給你一些食物嗎？」 他喜出望外地說：「當然好！」 給了他其中一袋， 他感激地一直說謝謝。 我的心很難受， 這個疫情持續如此， 會有多少人本來艱困的日子變得更艱困呢？💔 最後兩袋食物我只給出一袋， 還有一袋過幾天如果出門採購， 我會帶著再去給需要的人。 希望全世界大家， 除了彈得屎💩跟那些貪官， 全部無辜的小老百姓一定都要好好的。🙏 / Qoqa是瑞士團購網， 常常賣一些好品牌的特價好物， 但今天真的很有趣 ， 它或許是怕大家隔離在家想縫口罩（？！） 於是特賣兄弟牌給兒童用的縫紉機， 搞屁啊？！要逼死家長嗎？ 最好孩子們會自己縫喔！ 哈哈哈哈😂 / 每天都有線上課程， 今天我的青少女學生在線上課程跟我回報， 她今天身負重任， 家裡幾乎快要沒有衛生紙， 爸媽帶弟弟出門去辦要緊事， 於是她七點半就到超市排隊， 順利買到 #衛生紙， 一種 #捷報 的感覺。（好荒唐）😅 / 又做了一些核心訓練&有氧舞蹈， 不知不覺又到晚餐時間， 前兩天滷的肉， 加熱一下、煎個蛋、醃個台式黃瓜， 晚餐：#刈包！ 不要誇獎我， 我已經快黔驢技窮了！（哭倒）💦
