Branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs)，分別為白胺酸 ( Leucine )、異白胺酸 ( Isoleucine) 和纈胺酸 ( Valine )，以2:1:1黃金比例，為健身者廣受喜好營養補給品👍

文獻支持，BCAA的確可以
👉促進肌肉蛋白合成。
