เมื่อวันที่ 12 ของการอยู่วัด ตื่น ตี 3.45 นั่งสมาธิเลยเวลาทานอาหาร เพื่อนเลยตักมาเผื่อ วันนี้ได้ทานไก่และพิซซ่า 1 ชิ้น เพราะ เมื่อวานทานน้อยเลยหิวมากตอนเย็น เวลาหิวใจจะฟุ้งถึงอาหาร ทุกเย็นเราจะสั่งอาหารมาถวายพระตอนเช้า วันนั้นเลยให้คน ในเมืองสั่งพิซซ่ากับไก่เพิ่มไว้ตั้งแต่ตอนกลางคืนเพื่อนำมาถวายพระให้ทันตอนเช้าตรู่ เช้านี้เลยมีพิซซ่าเหลือ ให้เรา 1 ชื้น
พอได้ทานแล้วก็เฉยๆไม่อร่อยเหมือนตอนคิดถึงเลย
สังเกตไหม ของธรรมดาๆ แต่เวลาที่เราไม่ได้ ไม่มี หรือของต้องห้าม มันจะดูน่าอร่อยเป็นพิเศษ เพราะใจเราเอง นี่แหละที่ปรุงแต่งให้ดูดีกว่าเดิม

คนที่คุณมีไม่ได้ เขาไม่ได้รักคุณ เขาก็ดูดีจากความคิดของคุณที่สร้างภาพเขาขึ้นมา ถ้าเกิดได้มาจริงๆ อาจจะไม่ชอบโน่นนี่ก็ได้ เรียกว่า ตกหลุมรักความคิดที่เราสร้างขึ้นมาเอง ไม่ได้รักที่ของจริงๆ

ทานข้าวเสร็จ ก็ไป สำรวจป่าช้า ตอนแรก เพื่อนจะมานั่งสมาธิ และ พิจารณาดูซากศพตอนกลางคืน

มาอยู่วัด ได้ ภาวนาทั้งวัน ตั้งแต่ ตี 3.30 ถึงดึกมากๆทุกวัน

Day12th Woke up at 3.45 am. Meditated through breakfast time. Friends brought breakfast for me since we only have one meal.
Today we had pizza and KFC because yesterday we were hungry in the evening and we asked a friend to send pizza and KFC for monks in the morning so we can have the left over.

While I was eating this morning I saw that when we are not allowed to have something that thing seems more magical and fascinating in our mind.

I don’t eat fast food but when we are on temple fasting, no food after noon time, every thought of food turns to craving. But when we are actually having it, the reality subsides. Just like many things in life the thought of things that you don’t have or the forbidden fruits amplify and seem better that it’s true nature.

After breakfast a monk took us for a walk around the cemetery where new dead body is brought to be burned.

Walking back I thought of the time when I spent many months alone meditate in a temple in the South of France 14 years ago. The solitude actually brought up a lot of sediment in the mind. #forestmonastery #ddnardjourneyjournal

泰式酸辣海鮮 Thai Hot & Sour Seafood

材料：
白蝦8尾、透抽1尾、紅辣椒2根、洋蔥1/2顆、蔥1根、九層塔3根、香茅1根、大番茄1顆

Ingredients:
8 Whole White Shrimp, 1 Squid, 2 red hot chili peppers, 1/2 of a yellow onion bulb, 1 stalk of green onion, 3 sprigs of basil, 1 lemon-grass root, and 1 large tomato

調味料：
泰式酸湯醬1大匙、奶油30公克、檸檬葉6片、檸檬汁1小匙、水800cc、砂糖少許

Seasoning:
1 tablespoon of Thai sour soup sauce, 30 grams of butter, 6 lime leaves, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, 800cc of water, and a little sugar.

作法：
1. 將白蝦洗淨去沙筋；透抽洗淨切小圈，備用。
2. 紅辣椒切片；洋蔥切絲；蔥和香茅切小段；大番茄切小塊備用。
3. 取一支湯鍋，倒入少許沙拉油，再放入作法2的材料以中火先爆香，接著加入所有調味料，以中火煮約10分鐘。
4. 於作法3的鍋中放入作法1的白蝦與透抽圈，續煮約5分鐘，起鍋前加入九層塔拌勻即可。

Preparation Method:
1. Wash out the white shrimp to get rid of sediment; wash out the squid and slice it into small rings. Set it aside.
2. Slice the red hot peppers; dice the yellow onions, cut the green onions and lemongrass into small pieces. Slice the large tomato alternately into small chunks and set it aside.
3. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and put in the vegetable ingredients along with a little salad oil. Stir-fry over medium heat, add in all the seasonings ( not include the lemon juice and butter ) and let simmer for 10 minutes
4. pour in the shrimp and squid ,then add lemon juice and butter , then finish it by stirring in the basil.
