just a little experiment on food vlogging :p

i have always been wondering whether alternative ways of sharing food moments would work on this fast-paced social platform. so here’s my first (and maybe last) attempt of food vlogging. it’s definitely not a time-effective way: it takes time to take, to edit, to watch… but if it can convey something more than mere pictures can bring, then this is already successful. would really appreciate any comments!!!

3個月前講過會出嘅bakehouse堂食post終於出啦😂!
ig式嘅圖文，一方面好貼合現今嘅速食文化，另一方面卻將好多感覺/環境氣氛濃縮咗，所以趁而家放假得閒，搞搞新意思，不過其實小編好懷疑，當你可以用0.01秒scroll過一個post時，究竟仲有冇人會想花時間睇條成分鐘嘅片，所以呢個係第一集都可能係最尾一集，如果有人睇（而小編又得閒嘅話）會考慮下再出下集:O)
btw 大家平時睇foodblog，多數睇相/字/片🤔?

first time trying the lunchsets at bakehouse. We went at 12nn and the queue was not that long- just a 10-minute wait.
The soup for the day is broccoli and cauliflower cream soup- it’s SUPERB!!! For mains, we tried croque monsieur and grilled chicken sandwich. Croque monsieur was actually a ham&cheese toast, while the grilled chicken sandwich looked more like a chicken burger. 🍔 Croque monsieur would be your cup of tea if you are a huge fan of cheese, but we like the grilled chicken sandwich more- hot crispy bun, juicy and tender chicken- perfect combo.
The Yuzu Tart🍊, which was the dessert of the day, was very refreshing. You may not like it though if you are not used to its sourness, which very much resembles the Bergamot Tart I tried before in bakehouse.
We also tried other pastries such as croissant, plain scone, cinnamon bun, matcha creme bun etc. and they are fabulous as expected! It would be better if the matcha creme filling could have a heavier matcha taste instead of letting cream getting all the emphasis 🍵 . Would definitely go back and try their other pastries!!

坦白講，從來都覺得FB唔係一個好嘅討論平台，因為資訊太多，一隻手指scroll就十幾廿樣嘢，尤其是新聞，有幾多人咁得閒會轆返啲舊post咁無聊，結果大家睇到嘅，只係當時當刻無頭無尾零碎嘅世界人和事。
除咗鬧交，根本就無討論嘅餘地，最多一個鐘，大家發洩完就乜都唔記得。所以我希望响Patreon做嘅就係分享同記錄，一啲自己覺得值得大家留意同思考嘅新聞同愚見。
正如之前所講，我唔鐘意叫大家白白課金，如果我話唔想多啲朋友支持就假嘅，錢邊個唔鐘意？但係更相信嘅係「等價交換」。不過我始終希望大家支持咗都有兩分得著，因為呢個時候大家需要嘅唔只係社交網絡上嘅情緒發洩，而係國際視野同埋更多嘅思考。
所以開咗Patreon一個月多啲，我堅持盡量隔日出專屬內容，原來數一數都已經廿幾編，加埋兩三萬字。如果連埋平時响呢度嘅Post，都幾難想象點解可以咁癡線（苦笑）。
下一步會做嘅，係將呢十個月以黎FB上面比較有意思嘅舊Post，重整一次過放晒上去Patreon（希望大家唔好見怪忽然有幾日超多通知）。依家已經做到倒數由今年3月到上年11月，原來多過三百字嘅post都有差唔多二百個post，唔知六月到十月有幾多呢？
無喇，講完喇，自問未必可以改變到啲咩，亦無期望改變任何人嘅諗法，只係希望大家繼續各自努力加油！
