【開放數據 x 立法會 x developer = ?】
立法會議員平時討論嘅嘢，點樣俾更多市民了解得更深入？今晚同一班熱心open data嘅IT人，有個幾有意思嘅討論。
浩華分享左佢個 g0vhk.io project，用左立法會秘書處open data，加上自己scrape議會文件，做左一個較為user-friendly嘅網站，裡面包括法案審議、議員出席率、質詢內容等，仲有發言關鍵字搜尋。
佢話立法會係一個試點，希望透過將資訊公開化、透明化，認識更深入，判斷政府做的事情對錯，達到公民教育效果，而下一步希望擴展到區議會。
呢個係好嘅開始，最緊要政府思維要變，部門唔好怕同民間溝通，提供數據同API，仲要有法例 (檔案法、資訊自由法)，我會繼續推動！

老師這次花了很多時間幫大家整理了 human biology and health care 的單字，為了讓同學不會聽到睡著，老師融入了很多音效...但是建議不要晚上的時候聽，免得被嚇到喔！

老師雖然每次在提供單字表時都會附上中文解釋，但這只是方便學生更快知道這個單字最通用的意思，不代表是它最完整的涵義及用法。除此之外，有心的同學應該進一步使用其它工具查詢，最好是單字，配詞與句子一起背 (死背一個單字是無用的)，再透過經常使用單字的方式，加強自己對單字的認知和應用。當然，你也可以利用老師或字典提供的單字音檔，進而增加自己對單字的辨識能力和發音!

Further, like I said many times in class, you must learn in context! Do not just learn the vocabulary words and collocation. You must also construct sentences, read articles suitable for your level on the given topic, and then use the new words and phrases in writing. The accumulation of background knowledge is also essential. Always learn in meaningful context!!!
