Mannequins are Indian Police’s Scarecrow against Bad Drivers

Summary:
Intriguing though this solution of the Indian Police may be to put it mildly, not even crows are going to fall for the trick. Do they have such low regard for the intelligence of their citizens that they think dressed-up mannequins would fool badly-behaved drivers into toeing the line?

同學應該知道 line (n.) 是可以形象化地描述規範行為的「底線」，所以會以 step out of line「採過界」表達某人行為不當違反了規則，相反如果別人聽話安份守己（不論是否願意）則是 toe the line，這是 toe 唯一可作動詞使用的習語。

並了解兩岸關係和中國政情者，來擔任海基會董事長。
