The only way to stop live plucking and ensure that no birds suffer for your clothing or bedding is to choose cruelty-free materials.

Please note - same animal cruelty is found in leather, wool, fur industry and any other exotic skins product such as snake and crocodile skin products.

Boycott products made from animals skins. Always go with synthetic.

豉汁蒸肥肠
配料：猪大肠1斤，豆豉50克，蒜3颗，蚝油5克，
生抽10克，白糖3克，淀粉10克，花生油10克,
葱花，红辣椒适量
注意事项：
猪肠用淀粉加米醋抓洗几次，可以洗的很干净，
焯烫到变白色就捞出来，烫太久很容易变老。

西兰花焯烫时间不要过长，40秒就可以，烫太熟口感
不爽脆，

1 g pepper, 10 g starch, 100 ml clear water
