We love steam cooking because it allows us to cook dishes without much effort. If your rice cooker is as big as like ours, you can easily steam the dish at the same time while cooking rice. This method not only will you save energy, but you'll also have lesser pots and pans to wash. We intentionally only used 7 ingredients to cook this steamed chicken recipe so that you can recreate this dish easily. If you want to make it into a balanced dish, you can also add some vegetables, such as carrots, enoki mushrooms, cauliflower or broccoli to the dish. If you are using carrots, cook the chicken and carrots at the same time. If you're using broccoli, enoki mushrooms or cauliflower, add them towards the last 5 minutes of cooking the chicken.

Spray water to make your AC cooler and save energy

在冷氣機的冷凝器噴上水花，利用蒸發的原理把冷凝器的熱能帶走。
為何不直接大量灑水? 因為灑水未必能降温，在下午時份，水温也可能上升至室溫或更高，用熱水來降溫當然沒效果。如噴的只是水花或霧，那在陽光照射下就很易被蒸發，水蒸發時會吸收熱能（即降溫）

The idea of spraying water is to cool down the condenser by evaporation, just like what you see in a large scale AC, a sub cooling system is added.
why not connect water pipes instead?
The temperature of water may as high as the air temperature. Will you use hot water to cool down stuff?
Through evaporation, water need to absorb energy to become gas stage(steam), in this case, we spray water, The water dry out and cool down the condenser.
