[TAIPEI - Vice Versa Wineshop & Kitchen ☺️]

開了兩個月的bistro, 在一個舊建築物加上新派的裝潢，有點像在上海新天地裡石庫門建築物加建餐廳的感覺。除了師氣老闆有名氣外，餐廳另一重點是有一個鞦韆為打卡點的噱頭。
食物屬於簡單的西式餐點。味道不錯沒有很local但也沒有很突出。價錢也算合理。
唯一的是葡萄酒的種類沒有很特別而且價錢偏高，下次來會直接帶酒付開瓶費就好。

Sasela'an在阿美族語裡解釋為「氣息」，是「生命」之意。以氣息唱歌，是千年來祖先帶領族人親近大地、學習與自然萬物共榮的道理。

■ 台灣與太平洋的南島之聲 ■
這張專輯中會聽到來自紐西蘭、所羅門群島、復活節島、巴布亞紐幾內亞、馬達加斯加、托雷斯海峽群島的歌聲和樂器。作為南島民族遷徙的起始點，自古以來台灣這塊島嶼便坐落在一條偉大航道上，與太平洋島嶼共享著語言和文化的相似性。

過去七年的時間，阿洛透過製作音樂節目《吹過島嶼的歌》記錄台灣原住民音樂史，節目的版圖隨後朝太平洋延伸，為台灣觀眾建築對南島語族的認識與理解。以一位Pangcah阿美族的身分，阿洛在《Sasela’an氣息》這張專輯中回到自己的語言，回到自己的歌謠，以吟唱走回南島祖先走過的航路。

隨著歌聲，我們彼此共享福分，共享屬於海洋和島嶼的氣息。

The Maiden Voyage of Ado’s Latest Cross-ocean Austronesian Concept Album
This album has proved the world the exquisite existence of Taiwan. As Ado often says, “We are considered the minority when facing the west, yet we are the origin of the vast Indo-Pacific Ocean when facing the east.”
Songs are the paths and marks of indigenous peoples, connecting us with the mother earth and the heaven throughout the universe. This album centers on “Sasela’an (the breath).” Ado embarked on her voyage from Taiwan with breaths, musical instruments, wind and rain, collaborating with “families” from seven Austronesian islands. We reunited, chanting hand in hand.
It took Ado ages to realize “Who am I?” “Where am I from?” And this album might be the most satisfactory answer, for it contains the memories of our ancestors who sailed by watching stars. The breaths passing through the musical instruments and the resonance of the drums have both proved the communication with our ancestors’ spirit.
The vast ocean is no longer a barrier to one another. It is instead a path to our shared ancestors.
