【Ingredients】5.9inch (15cm)square Cake Pan or round Cake Pan
crust:
100g Cocoa cream sandwich cookies
1tsp Soy Milk(or Milk)

filling:
200g Cream cheese
(Microwave 600w/ 30 sec)
40g Cane sugar(or Granulated sugar)
1Egg (50g)
100g Heavy Whipping cream
120g Caramel
10g Flour

【Directions】
Preparation: Beat the egg well.
Line the cake pan with parchment paper.
①Make Caramel cream
Put heavy Whipping cream and caramel in a bowl (heat-resistant bowl).
Microwave it at 600W for 50 sec and stir well. Microwave it at 600W another 1min and stir well until smooth.
②Crush cocoa cookies until very fine crumbs form.
Crush biscuits until very fine crumbs form. Add soi milk, and Mix it until combined. Press the crumbs into the bottom of the cake pan. Let it sit in a fridge.
③Put cream cheese in a bowl. Mix well until smooth. Add sugar, and mix well until the roughness of sugar disappears.
Preheat the oven to 356 °F/180℃ .
④Add an egg, and Stir well with a whisk until smooth.
⑤Add Caramel cream , and stir well.
⑥Add the sifted flour and mix well.
⑦Put the mixture in the pan.
⑧Bake it in the preheated oven 356 °F/180℃ for 25mins.
***Let sit in the fridge overnight, and it'll be so delicious the next day♪


【材料】 15cmスクエア型または15cm丸型
クラスト:
ココアクリームサンドクッキー 100g
(ノアールなら一袋)
豆乳(or 牛乳) 小さじ 1
フィリング:
クリームチーズ 200g
きび砂糖(or グラニュー糖) 40g
卵(M) 50g
生クリーム 100g
120g Caramel キャラメル120g(森永ハイソフト20粒)
薄力粉 10g


【作り方】
準備:卵はよく溶いておく。
型にはクッキングシートを敷いておく。

①キャラメルクリームを作る
生クリームとキャラメルをボウル（耐熱ボウル）に入れて
600Wで50秒間電子レンジにかけ、よくかき混ぜる。
600Wでさらに1分ほど加熱し、滑らかになるまでよくかき混ぜます溶かす。
***レンジから目を離さずにレンチンして、少しずつ溶かしてください。温まれば余熱でも溶けますので、ゆっくりと溶かしてください。
②ココアクッキーを袋に入れて粉々に潰し、豆乳を加えてよくもんで混ぜたら、型の底に平らに敷き詰める。
使うまで冷蔵庫に入れておく。(室温が低ければそのままでok)
***クッキーは細かく砕いた方が、綺麗に敷き詰めることが出来、焼き上がり後にこぼれおちたりしません。
③クリームチーズをボウルに入れ、滑らかになるまでよく混ぜる。砂糖を加え、砂糖のざらつきがなくなるまでよく混ぜる。
オーブンを 180℃に予熱スタート。
④溶いた卵を加え、泡立て器でなめらかになるまでよくかき混ぜる。
⑤ここにキャラメルクリームを加えてよく混ぜる。
(トッピング用に少し取っておいて生地を流してから上にポンポンとおいてお箸でくるくるする)
今回生クリームを少し増やしたため生地がゆるくなり模様が沈んでます、取り分けずに全量生地に加えてもokです)
⑥小麦粉をふるい入れてよく混ぜる。
⑦生地を型に流し入れる。
⑧予熱したオーブン180℃で25分間焼き出来上がり。
***冷めたら冷蔵庫に一晩置いておくと、翌日はとても美味しくなります♪

*18cmで作りたい場合は材料を1.5倍で、21cmで作りたいときは2倍で計算してください。
*12cmの場合は0.6倍にします。焼き時間は少し短くします。
*スクエア型はAmazonや製菓材料店で購入出来ます。スクエア型で検索するとたくさんヒットします。

【鶏胸肉と豆腐の甘辛つくね】
今日は、４人分たったの250円で出来る『鶏胸肉と豆腐の甘辛つくね』を紹介します。
鶏つくねといえば鶏肉のミンチを使用することが多いですが、意外にもハイプライス！
そこで、安価な鶏胸肉を簡単に自家製のミンチにし、さらに節約食材の王道である豆腐と合わせることで大幅にコストダウンしました。
豆腐は、レンジを活用して素早くしっかりと水切りし、最後に甘辛タレで絡めることでお豆腐感がなくジューシーに仕上がります。
また、自家製の鶏ミンチはお好みの粗さに調整できるので、少々粗めに仕上げることでプリっとした食感を楽しむこともできます。
子供から大人まで病みつきになる味わいに仕上がっているので、夕食の一品にもお酒のおつまみにも、お弁当のおかずにもピッタリ！
