第4集:宏量營養素的攝取比例 (Marco setting)
上集提及無論Linear定Non-Linear Dieting其實都係睇一星期既平均熱量赤字,今集就講下點樣計一日既Calories同箇中的飲食(Marco)。
首先,解釋下咩係Macro先,Macro全名:Macronutrient(中文:宏量營養素的攝取比例)。
日常飲食主要係由三樣營養素組成,包括:
1: 蛋白質 / Protein / P (1g = 4 kcal)
2: 碳水化合物 / Carbohydrates / C (1g = 4 kcal)
3: 脂肪 / Fat / F (1g = 9 kcal)
如果我地知道一樣食物既三大營養素,
我地可以用上面既公式計出食物既卡路里,
例如,每100g的烚蛋,含13g P、0.3g C、11g F,
假設我早餐食兩隻烚蛋,共重70g;先把重量一致(70/100),
把各營養素乘0.7;再把各營養素乘其相應的Kcal,公式如下:
13 P*0.7*4 + 0.3 C*0.7*4 + 11 F*0.7*9
所以兩隻(70g)烚蛋總共 = 36.4 + 0.84 + 69.3 = 106.5Kcal。
換言之,只要掌握1:食物既營養素,2:知道食物既重量或份量,就可以計算出其卡路里。要掌握食物既營養素好簡單,可以上Google查,或用不同手機App(如:MyFitnessPal),均可以瀏覽到不同食物的營養成分,當然啦準唔準確就未必,多少會有一定落差,建議多比較不同網站再三比較和參考。至於食物的重量,在家煮食可以使用磅秤,留意如果磅未煮熟的食物(Raw Food),上網查要查番Raw Food Nutrition Fact,如果磅已煮熟的食物,有鑑於煮法會影響食物的卡路里,所以要查番相對的Nutrition Fact (例如烚蛋Boiled Egg、炒蛋Scrambled eggs、茶葉蛋Tea Leaf Egg等等)。
接下來同大家分享一個新興既彈性飲食法(Flexible Dieting),
就係If It Fits Your Macros(IIFYM/ Iifym)啦,它較適合普羅大眾用於一般減肥,容易上手之餘,亦比嚴密飲食(Rigid Diet)更易執行。
最大特點係只要你不超出限制,你揀食乜都得!!!由於你食乜都得,具非常高的彈性,有助長遠堅持Dieting,最終實現體重目標!
而如何訂立'Macro'有以下兩個方法。
方法一:只計Calories
方法二:計埋P、C、F 的分佈
首先,較簡單既方法一,如果已知2,400係赤字飲食Deficit Calories,
只要一日不超過2,400Kcal,你可以選擇食乜都得,食幾多野都得,只要不超過2,400kcal,就可以了,而重點係你會成功減到肥!
2011年有條友(Anthony Howard-Crow)創建了一個YouTube Channel: Abs & Ice Cream,整個過程為期30日,他每日既卡路里有50%都係來自食雪糕,另外佢有時仲會飲酒添,佢以平均一星期2lb咁減肥,最後佢成功減到睇到曬啲腹肌。正如佢係片中所解釋,其目的係證明只要達到卡路里赤字就可以減肥,亦打破左好多人既謬誤,以為減肥係有好多野都唔食得,這是不對的!

所以唔好再問咩食得,咩唔食得,咩斷食好唔好,生酮好唔好,
只要你做到熱量赤字Calories Deficit,基本上就得,方法有千百種,並無快慢,高效低效之分,每種方法都各有長短,搵一種適合你,而且你係可以好好咁實施既,持續長久地執行既便可以了。
至於方法二,比方法一要做多一樣野,控制埋P,C,F的攝取比例。
網上已經有好多不同的Set Marco教學,在此我簡單講下可以點快速地安排比例,以免文章太冗長,我只概論每樣的攝取比例,鑑於人人生活模式、飲食習慣不同,IIFYM未必適合所有人,僅供參考。
根據美國國家學院醫學院(IOM)的推薦膳食攝取量(Recommended Dietary Allowances/ RDA)。IOM計算出RDA的Marco範圍分佈如下:
蛋白質(總卡路里的10-35%)、脂肪(總卡路里的20-35%)和
碳水化合物(總卡路里的45-65%)。如是者,以2400卡路里為例,
蛋白質應該大概佔240 - 840 Kcal ,換言之,大概要食60 – 210g 蛋白質
脂肪應該大概佔480 - 840 Kcal,換言之,大概要食53.3 – 93.3g 脂肪
碳水應該大概佔1,080 – 1,560 Kcal ,換言之,大概要食270 – 210g 碳水

Cleared another Krenz Cushart online course!!
I now only found that I didn't write much description on the Painting course I attend last time, haha...
This is an interesting course regarding how you can design gesture and composition using lines, shapes and forms.
The course has designed to make sure the students understand the theories of composition as simple as possible. By introduce the basic elements of composition, this makes beginner less anxious about this part of knowledge. This also allows composition arrangement become more flexible.
For the dynamic gesture part, the course doesn't really teach you anatomy in details, they didn't even limit gesture on human. The course teach you how to identify gesture and design pose based on flow of body movement. And further extend as tool for composition in a visual, together with other elements such as clothes, hairs, accessories, tails etc. As long as the characters look reasonable, they doesn't restrict much on the drawing style, this grant the freedom of creation for students.
This course has helped me break some of the rigid form I've always had on drawing, didn't know I could draw human in these pose, and with composition in mind.
Throughout the course, the importance of references and create own visual library has mentioned so many time. This shows that other than receiving guidance from lectures, research and self study should not be neglected.
Using the existing character design for assignment that required to draw human are allowed. As long as you able to meet assignment requirement.
Whoever reading this may wonder if this course include colors as composition tool, no it didn't. The color part had included in Krenz Painting Course.

決定花點時間弄一些Thinking Particles 的基礎教學, 推廣推廣. 我筆電的錄音品質有點糟糕... 非常抱歉...
今天講的是Generation,就是如何產生Rigid Body Dynamic(RBD),以及他的兩種產生形式,其實Thinking Particles主要不是在做Particle, 他也可以做, 但大多數人都是用他來做RBD. 以前覺得Houdini難用, 但自從有了Packed Prim之後就覺得變快了? 是因為模擬這件事情已經變成發生在點這個階層上,而TP從2008年第一次有RBD這個功能就已經是發生在點階層了,這也是TP為甚麼會這麼快的原因。
