由細到大加拿大無論遊樂埸, 保齡球館, 甚至超級市場也會有這個
直至90年代夾公仔機文化開始入chum東南亞. 主要地區為日本, 南韓, 台灣.
香港最近也吹一陣強烈 ‘夾公仔機’ 熱潮. YOUTUBE, 大台, 什麼節目也在玩. 看見大家玩的失敗列子, 導致我會問: 有這麼難玩嗎?
經過一論網上suw cha我發現夾公仔機其實是有一個必輸和必勝的方程式.
方程式的hut心最最最最最主要因素是定出夾公仔機到底是一個靠運氣還是靠技術的系統.
要分析先要了解美國歷史上政府介入對夾公仔機背後結構造成的影響
和發明公仔機的神秘人又是誰?
大家好又是我暗綱仔, 這是我夾公仔機玩了20年唯一的公仔. (Zoom in on face) 所以一定要夾到這個答案.
英文claw machine夾公仔機源於1893年用來模倣建造通往大西洋和太平洋水路 ‘巴拿馬運河’ 的蒸汽挖掘機.
但要到1926年這位William Bartlett先生才將我們今天所認知的公仔機引進美國和加拿大多個嘉年華.
最初的claw machine不是用來夾公仔的, 有段時間夾糖.
之後被jong置到金bik fuy wong. 夾名貴首飾, 夾金幣甚至夾雪茄.
直至50年代政府的ga入, 才停止夾公仔機放這些物品.
80年代跟多個食市品牌 (ie: pizzahut, chuckecheese)合作後商業價值大大提升.
1951年美國政府出了嚴格打擊賭博設備運輸的Johnson act 15 United States Code, 主要針對運送賭埸內的老虎機. 但多個其他被定為 ‘賭博’ 的設備亦同時受到影響. 夾公仔機就是其中之一.
要到70年代這些federal laws開始fuen sung後夾公仔機才正式開始有運行. 雖說如此, 但政府亦有管制玩一po夾公仔機的價錢. 例如michigan州一po最多只能高逹3.75美元. 最誇張的價錢limit是colorado州, $25美元! 等於$193港元. 這些機應該是夾iphone的
其實1930年代夾公仔機已被宣傳為能jan大錢的’ 賭博設備’
“錢” 這一點除了吸引上前玩的顧客最重要是應承安置的老闆們能選擇玩家羸輸的比例.

2013年美國san diego州一名Ashley Cheesbrough女士控告餐廳Dennys內的夾公仔機從來沒有人贏過, 並gan接助長小朋友賭博這個問題.
應該是該餐廳老闆set贏的機率太少了.
係. 係可以set架.
網上遊戲供應商有説明書指出夾公仔機內是有yeng sue機率的tiw jit. 如果能提供這3點:
一po機的價錢
玩具的價錢
和那段時間想jan到的收穫機器就能夠自我tiw jit到達主人要的profit margin.
這個tiw jit 最為直接就是影響那個爪的強度控制. Ji suy一點解釋就是爪的強度不是每一次都是一樣. 如果那部機的老闆想jan錢的機率大一點, 就可能tiw jit爪full power的比例可能只是每十次或每二十次才有一次是超強的!
這就能解釋為什麼夾公仔機有時明明夾中目標但到最後玩具還是會掉下來. 因為那一次不是full power. 可能那一次強度只是set 60-70%.
說明書中有另一個名 ‘dropping skill’ 的一行我覺得更加恐怖. 這個programming可以令到玩家以為自己差一點就yeng到獎品然後最後一該才掉下來. 讓玩家感到要加錢再玩!
重點是公仔機爪的強度不受政府或任何organization監管, 一部機的yeng jeung機率只能靠口碑知道.
所以最後ashleigh borough告dennys案件只能和解.
8-90年代夾公仔機增添了joystick之後 ‘skill’ crane 這個名字代替了之前更誠實的 ‘chance crane’ 這個名字.
可能現今新科技是讓玩家比之前多一點的控制. 但機器內部setting是仍然存在的. 如果世界上每一部機器難度玩法比列都是各有不同的, 那聽起來yeng的決定是guey功 ‘chance’ 多於 ‘skill.’ 那 ‘skill’ crane這個名字是否有點deceptive呢?
好像30年代的美國人比較誠實.
大部分有關資料是來自2015年網媒VOX出了這篇 ‘claw machines are rigged’ 文章揭發夾公仔機. 如果想了解更多可以去看他們的文章.
完片前我想clarify那些資料所指的是美國的夾公仔機. 其他地方pey yu韓國台灣香港我不知道是否用同一樣的system. No matter what, 公仔機也只是想開心. Chance or skill, 娛樂到大家最重要!

Blessed Through Meditating on the Gospel
“Blessed is the man who doesn’t walk in the counsel of the wicked, nor stand on the path of sinners, nor sit in the seat of scoffers; but his delight is in Yahweh’s law. On his law he meditates day and night. He will be like a tree planted by the streams of water, that produces its fruit in its season, whose leaf also does not wither. Whatever he does shall prosper. The wicked are not so, but are like the chaff which the wind drives away.” (Psalms 1:1-4 WEB)
Planted by the streams of water: well-supplied and nourished in every way.
Produces fruit in its season: doing the right thing at the right time.
Leaf does not wither: staying healthy and young.
Whatever he does shall prosper: things are constantly being turned around for your good—rigged for your success.
Do you want to be like the tree in the passage above?
The key is to meditate day and night on God’s law.
“There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who don’t walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit. For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus made me free from the law of sin and of death.” (Romans 8:1-2 WEB)
Under the New Covenant of Grace, we are no longer under the law of sin and death (the Old Covenant with the Ten Commandments), but we are now under the law of the Spirit of life that is in Christ Jesus.
We follow the Holy Spirit who gives us the desire and ability to do God’s will.
In other words, we are to meditate on the New Covenant of Grace and everything it entails for us.
Let the Gospel of Grace and Peace be your delight.
No one should have to force you to enjoy the life-giving Scriptures.
Do you want to prosper in all things, be healthy, even as your soul prospers? Then meditate on the Gospel.
Let your mind mull over the revelations about Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit will show you more about Jesus as you focus on Him.
“But we all, with unveiled face seeing the glory of the Lord as in a mirror, are transformed into the same image from glory to glory, even as from the Lord, the Spirit.” (2 Corinthians 3:18 WEB)
God’s word is like a mirror because when you see Jesus in the Scriptures, you are actually looking at how you are really like in the spirit.
As your understanding is broadened and you receive more light, you become transformed into Jesus’ image, from glory to glory—your outward man will align with the inward righteous spirit who is full of life.
Yes, the Scriptures say to do this “day and night”, not only once a week for an hour-long sermon while playing with your distracting smartphone.
If you take this word seriously, you will see life-changing results very soon. Be a doer of the word, not a hearer only. Meditate on the Gospel!

Mental capital is the finite amount of “energy” to do something (whether it’s trading, exercising, studying, etc.).
And for you, your mental capital is at its peak when you just start trading. That’s because you experience hope, aspirations, and possibilities.
But as the years go by, your mental capital gets depleted.
You have thoughts like:
“This game is rigged and it’s not possible to make money from trading.”
“I’ve been doing it for years but still, no results to show for. I’m a loser.”
“I’ve blown up multiple trading accounts costing me thousands of dollars. This money could be better used elsewhere. Maybe I should stop trading…”
But if you haven’t reached this stage yet, then here’s what you can do…
#1: Manage your expectations
Trading is not a get-rich-quick scheme. It’s impossible to master it over a weekend and expect to be consistently profitable in a few months.
So give yourself time to build a strong foundation.
You’ll likely take 3 years (or more) to know what you’re doing and how this game is played. Plus, there’s no guarantee you’ll even make a single cent.
So, manage your expectations!
#2: Start small
When you start trading, your performance will be at its worst as you have no clue what you’re doing.
To compensate for your lack of experience, you want to start small — so you can reduce your “tuition fees” paid to the market.
This means you want to fund your account with as little money as possible, just to get your feet wet.
And even if you blow up your account, it’s not the end as it’s only a small amount of money which you can afford to lose — and that preserves your mental capital.
#3: Focus on the process, not the results
You’re probably wondering:
“What’s the difference between process and result?”
Well, the result is the outcome you want and it’s not within your control (like to make $10,000 a month from trading).
The process is the steps you’ll take to reach your goal and they are things which you can control.
For example…
- I’ll develop a trading strategy that has been backtested over the last 10 years
- I’ll execute 1,000 trades according to my trading plan without deviation
- I’ll risk not more than 1% of my account on every trade
Does it make sense?
So focus on the process and the results will follow (it’s cliché but true).
