整顆星球壓在你的肩膀上
也許你不知道， 但是我可以看到.
無論你在那，心中都扛著這個宇宙;
熱愛激情的生態系統,
兵荒馬亂的恐懼與憂鬱
幾百億活生生的想法，故事與歷練
組合成一個關於”你的“歷史故事
不管你去哪裡，我願成為你的太陽
並不是要你 以我為中心的旋轉
而是
每當你靠近
我會盡全力
穩穩的 並且安靜的
把愛與善念的光

其實這是一首非常正念的詩， 講到了一個非常重要的正面冥想技巧， 正念冥想並沒有要去改變或者去壓抑心中浮起的任何情緒與想法 (例如: 心中如有傷心的念頭， 並不是利用一個正面的念頭來替換它 )。
而是我們透過平常心(equinimity)*2，像是溫暖的太陽，持續並且穩定的照向它。
