I took time to decide if I wanted to share what I’m going through rn and decided to do it because I think getting awareness out there esp for those who take their health for granted is really important.

So I’ve been diagnosed with a kidney condition IgA Glomerulonephritis which is inflammation of the tiny filters in my kidneys due to an autoimmune response. There are many conditions that can cause this disease; sometimes it’s genetics and sometimes the cause is unknown. My family does not have a history of kidney diseases (that we know of) and my lifestyle is predominantly healthy so we are all baffled as to why this happened to me 😔

Which brings me to why I wanted to share this publicly. Accidents and health scares like this can happen and the best we can do is to take preventative measures that can protect us and our families from unexpected events and rude awakenings. I am so grateful I perform yearly medicals (blood, urine & pap) and my kidneys are saved due to early detection.

The two things I want to urge you all to do if you haven’t already been doing so:
1. Perform regular (at least once a year) full medical health checkups
2. Get health insurance

I want all of you to know that I’m physically fine. I’m currently undergoing a steroid IV course as an immunosuppressant and under observation by the good hands of the medical team at Prince Court Hospital. My condition has a risk of relapsing but as long as I perform regular urinalysis to ensure I don’t have proteinuria, I can ensure my kidneys longevity functions.

It looks beautiful with lots of colors. Made up of Lychee Blue Curacao, Passion Fruit Pineapple and Strawberry Lemon, I could taste a bit of vodka also. The alcohol was strong which covered fruit tastes. It was really cold and refreshing but relapsing my sensitive teeth😂

วิธีฆ่าเหาให้ตายยกรัง
นำไปหมักผมผู้เป็นเหาได้เลย หมักให้ทั่ว ระวังเข้าตาเพราะแสบมาก *** ใช้หมวกคลุมผมทิ้ง ไว้ 1 ชั่วโมง แล้วสระออก จนหมดกลิ่น จากนั้นใช้หวีสางหวีทั่วศีรษะ จะเห็นเหาตายติดออกมากับหวีจำนวนมากค่ะ
