一早有朋友傳訊告知振奮人心的消息😆，之前我們介紹過另外一本好書也要出繁體版了❗

英文書名是《Why Buddhism is True: The Science and Philosophy of Meditation and Enlightenment》，中文書名是《令人神往的靜坐開悟：普林斯頓大受歡迎的佛學與現代心理學》

雖然說這本書看起來與宗教話題相關，但是其實是從進化心理學的角度來討論佛學中的論點。

👉 什麼是快樂❓什麼是苦❓而我們又要怎麼去面對這一切❓

別誤會，這本書一點也不雞湯❗而是讓你從科學的角度，更客觀的去面對人生中的一切事物，甚至在投資當中，我們也可以運用書中所討論的概念與方式去思考。因為投資基本上就是不斷在挑戰我們自身的心理、觀念、慾望與貪婪。如何抽離情緒，維持正念(客觀的態度)來進行投資決策、如何在每個投資選擇中進行取捨。

我們往往從結果去反思決策的過程，但是不要忘了，結果並不是唯一。真正的思考也必須納入那些未發生的事，把所有可能性攤出來一併考量。在這樣的過程中，不管你是開放的和其他人討論，或是與自己對話，都可以更容易接納並融合不同的聲音。

👉 如果你問：「是哪些種類的知覺、思想和感覺能引領我們度過每日的生活❓」

最基本的答案是：「就是那些能夠讓我們祖先的基因傳播到下一代的思想、感覺和知覺。」但是，事實上，焦慮、絕望、恨意、貪婪，這些感知往往才是驅動我們每日生活的動力。這些感知，其實都是我們的幻想，而這些幻想，往往都會逐漸消逝。

人類整體的動力會受到感官愉悅的強大吸引，而這種歡愉最多也只是像風一樣瞬間即逝。佛陀要傳遞的主要訊息之一，就是我們所追求的愉悅會迅速消逝，讓我們只會渴望更多，耗費光陰去追尋下一個能滿足自己的事物。滿足感的刺激也消逝，並讓我們想要更多。英國搖滾樂隊滾石樂團有句歌詞就是「我無法獲得滿足」，而依照佛教教義，這就是人類的狀態。

👉 所以，真正的痛苦源自於「不滿足」

那我們應該怎麼去面對這些苦呢❓
👉Ray Dalio:「 Pain + Reflection = Progress」
我們必須先去了解什麼是真正的快樂？真正的快樂是把我們從被侷限的心智中釋放出來，先面對真實的自己，就如同Ray Dalio所說的認清自己，並徹底的敞開心胸。拋棄自我意識與找出盲點。

這個過程是可能會是一種痛苦的自我意識形式，但值得付出，因為最終能引導我們獲得深刻的快樂，也就是所謂的「先苦後樂」吧，但我相信，不勞而獲的東西，人不會懂得如何珍惜，也就無法辨識其真正的價值所在。

萬維鋼之前曾說：「經常有人說佛學會讓人失去生活的樂趣、看什麼東西都沒意思❓其實並非如此，佛學是讓人更自由，是讓你能夠自由選擇你想要體察什麼東西。排除主觀想像的干擾，你能獲得更豐富的體驗。據說，那將是更大的樂趣和幸福感。」

一首由日本動畫《天空之城》啟發的原創曲。逃離欺凌、壓迫，尋找自由和美麗的國度是寫作此曲時的主題。小弟文學修養不高，沒法寫出中文歌詞，但我深信音樂無分語言界限，畢竟寫作也用了不少心血，就當作是對為自由抗爭中的人們的一種支持吧。

The Chinese lyrics were all penned by moi, Dallas Waldo. I'm a country boy from the sticks of Southern Ontario (Norfolk County to be specific) who has been living in Asia for 8 of the past 9 years. This a reflection of my background and current surroundings in the bustling city of Taipei.

相信大家都有聽過這首火紅的歌曲！因為我也是鄉村來的陽光男孩所以覺得很有靈感而寫了這首中文remix的版本。歌詞都由我來寫的，這首是在反映我在鄉下的童年以及目前住在熱鬧的台北市的city life生活。希望你們都喜歡，請多多支持多多指教。
