秋日常見水果多偏涼
秋日常見水果如梨、柚子、楊桃、柿子等屬性都偏涼適合秋天天氣乾燥時候適量食用。梨子有生津潤燥的功效，有助紓緩秋燥帶來的不適，但體質偏寒、脾胃虛弱不宜多吃。而「寒底人」宜選擇屬性平和或溫熱的水果，例如可健胃生津的葡萄，健胃潤腸的無花果，以及有生津止渴功效的石榴。

🔥體質偏熱人士常見症狀：臉色偏紅、眼乾目赤、偏好冷飲、常口乾、尿水色黃、大便偏乾
體質偏寒人士常見症狀：臉色蒼白、怕冷、偏好暖飲、遇風寒時身體局部痛、大便稀爛

梨 — 性寒，有生津潤燥、清熱止咳化痰的功效，適合口乾、喉嚨痛、便秘、暗瘡等偏熱症狀人士食用。

柚子 — 性寒，有清熱消滯、下氣化痰、醒酒的作用，適合消化不良、胃脹、噯氣人士、宿醉未解人士食用。

楊桃 — 性寒，有清熱生津、止咳、解酒的功效，適合因為煙酒過多、經常熬夜而出現的肺熱咳嗽、黃痰。

柿子 — 性寒，有清熱潤肺、生津止渴的功效，適合痔瘡出血、大便乾結人士食用。

＊要注意體質偏寒、脾胃虛弱不宜多吃。

Autumn fruits are usually cool in nature
Fruits we see during autumn such as pear, pomelo, starfruit, and persimmon are cool in nature. Hence, they are suitable to be eaten during the dry autumn season.

Pear can relieve the discomfort caused by autumn dryness, as it can induce salivation and quench thirst, but individuals with a cold body and a weak spleen and stomach should not consume it excessively.

Those with a cold body should opt for fruits that are warm or mild in nature. For instance, grapes (induces salivation and strengthens the spleen), fig (strengthens the stomach and moistens the intestines), and guava (induces salivation and quench thirst).

🔥 Common symptoms of people with heat-related body condition: reddish complexion, dry eyes, enjoy cold beverages, prone to dry mouth, yellowish urine, dry stool
❄️ Common symptoms of people with cold-related body condition: pale complexion, aversion to cold, enjoy hot beverages, partial body pain when encountering wind and cold, loose stool

Pear – cold in nature; can induce saliva secretion, moisten the body, clear heat and phlegm; is suitable for individuals with heat-related symptoms such as dry mouth, sore throat, constipation and acne.

Pomelo – cold in nature; can clear heat and relieve stagnation, clear the qi and phlegm, aid digestion and relieve hang over. It is suitable for those with digestion, bloating and belching problems, as well as those with a hangover.

Starfruit – cold in nature; can clear heat and induce saliva secretion, induce diuresis, relieve a cough and a hangover; suitable to relieve heaty lungs and coughs as well as the secretion of yellow phlegm that normally happen to frequent smokers and night owls.

Persimmon – cold in nature; can clear heat and moisten the lungs, induce saliva secretion and quench one’s thirst; suitable for individuals with bleeding hemorrhoids and dry stools.

＊Those with cold-related body condition, as well as those with a weak and cold spleen and stomach should avoid eating.

ใครชอบกินเครปเย็นแวะโพสนี้เลยจ้า สูตรนี้ทำไม่ยุ่งยากอย่างที่คิด มาในฉบับแป้งช็อกโกแลตรสชาติเข้มข้น🥞🥞 โรยผงโกโก้ด้านบนไปอีกแบบจุกๆ บอกเลยนี่แหละเครปที่โลกรอ‼ สูตรนี้แอดใช้ ผงโกโก้ชนิดสีน้ำตาลแดงเข้ม (ตราอโรม่า) นะทุกคน ตัวนี้ผงโกโก้ยังมีน้ำตาลแดงเข้ม สีสวยมากเอามาทำเมนูไหนก็แจ่ม แถมรสคือเข้มข้นมาก ไขมันสูงเชียวววว แต่อร่อยแน่นอนยิ่ง % fat ยิ่งเยอะยิ่งอร่อยจ้า เอามาทำเบเกอร์รี่เริ่ดมากทุกคนน 🤎🤎

#วิธีทำ ✨
1. ใส่แป้งสาลี 250 g. ผสมนมสด 500g. ไข่ไก่ 4 ฟอง น้ำตาล 30g. เนยละลาย 45 g. น้ำมัน 2 ชต. ผงโกโก้ 40 กรัมลงไปตีให้เข้ากันจนเนื้อเนียน จากนั้นนำมากรองหนึ่งรอบ
2. ทาเนยลงในกระทะตั้งไฟอ่อนๆ เทแป้งลงไป แล้วร่อนเป็นแผ่นกลมๆ (ร่อนให้แผ่นบางๆ) รอจนแป้งเริ่มสุกแล้วนำออกมาพัก
3. ตีครีมสดโดยใส่วิปครีม 200g. ผสมกับน้ำตาล 50g. ตีให้ฟู
4. นำแป้งมาวางทาวิปครีมลงไป โรยด้วยผงโกโก้อีกที ตกแต่งด้วยช็อกโกแลตบาร์และบลูเบอรรี่ หรือใส่ท้อปปิ้งตามชอบเลยจ้า

What’s one thing that comes to your mind when you think of Aaron? “His sweet smile” says Papa.

You always smile so cheekily! It’s like you have something up your sleeves. You would take a piece of tissue to clean the table. After 3 wipes, run to the bin and come back to proudly tell us “Throw”! We will tell you “Cannot waste! Yeye beat!” The playful you will beat your hand to show us how yeye would lightly slap your hand if he’s home.

Aaron is 18 months old! That’s 1 and a half years of you, my dearest sonshine. You still prefer to call me Mimi which is music to my ears! You can baby-call me “mimi” for as long as you like because I know that I will miss that baby you very soon. You are still speaking mostly 1 syllabus words and some new favorite words include, mei mei, kor kor, there, nice, car, bus, throw, bang, yes, no, piggy, bubbles, egg, bread and please! Bao bao is still ba ba now. You take instructions well, better on things that interest you - like making coffee with papa and we tell you “Want to cycle?” You will run to your shoe rack, take your helmet! You love car rides and the vehicles on the road. You will look out of the windows and very excitedly exclaim “Mimi mimi!”! I don’t even have to turn to know that you are pointing at the vehicle in front of us. You will only stop calling mimi after I have acknowledged you by saying “Oh yes, is that the bus, Aaron!” You will do a slow nod, with eyes closed and say mmm!

You are still unadventurous with food, extremely particular with appearance of food. You refused red bean pancake because it’s reddish black. Your favorite food are snacks and eggs - any way we prepare, you love it! Snack reward system hasn’t worked on you - to you, no means no.

You have 8 upper teeth and 8 lower teeth, which is 3 more lower teeth from last month! You are growing way too fast, my love. It’s such a dilemma, loving to see you meet milestones yet wanting you to grow up slow. Sigh… nonetheless, I’m enjoying all the time I have with you before we start you at preschool in January 2022, when you’re 2 years old. Happy 18 months old, Aaron boy. I love you so so much!
