外交部常務次長俞大㵢、海地駐台灣大使館維克多漢公使、紅十字會會長王清峰與慈濟代表副執行長熊士民共同主持 #啟運儀式，由 #紅十字會 與 #慈濟 主動募集將近18公噸包含帳篷、床、睡袋、口罩等民生物品，由外交部協調運送，抵達後將由駐海地大使館與海地政府共同見證，發放給災民使用。

台灣期望海地社會及人民早日重建家園，恢復正常生活！

In the wake of the devastating earthquake in #Haiti earlier this month, MOFA has been working with the Taiwan Red Cross and the Taiwan Buddhist Tzu Chi Foundation to ship goods gathered from donations by Taiwanese civic groups to the country. On August 26 a donation ceremony was held at Taoyuan Airport hosted by Haitian Chargé d'Affaires ad interim Francilien Victorin, Red Cross President Wang Ching-feng, Tzu Chi Foundation Vice CEO Hsiung Shih-Min and MOFA Vice Minister Alexander Yui.

After arriving in Haiti, Tzu Chi volunteers will distribute the goods, which include folding beds, plastic sheeting, sleeping bags, bedding, face masks, gloves, personal hygiene products and emergency rations, to local people in need with the help of our embassy and under the supervision of the Haitian government.

We’re thankful for all those who donated, showing the great care and concern the people of #Taiwan have for their brothers and sisters in Haiti. We hope that life there can return to normal as soon as possible.

台灣準備緊急醫療物資協助海地度過難關！

海地遭逢大地震後，我國已立即捐助50萬美元協助賑災，今天外交部俞次長與海地駐台臨時代辦維克多漢共同主持 #緊急醫療物資捐贈啟運儀式，將提供更多所需物資！

外交部依據海地政府緊急需求清單，採購 #口罩、#防護衣、#製氧機 及民生物資 #睡袋、#乾糧 等，首批物資運抵後由海地政府發放災民使用。外交部將繼續結合民間力量協助海地人民，期盼海地民眾早日重建家園，恢復正常生活。

Vice Minister Alexander Yui presided over an emergency donation ceremony for the victims of the recent earthquake in Haiti, alongside Charge d'Affaires ad interim Francilien Victorin.

After consultations between our embassy and the government of Haiti, a list of emergency goods, including face masks, PPE, oxygen generators, sleeping bags and emergency rations, has been drawn up. After the goods arrive in Haiti they will be handed over to the government for distribution to the people of the country.

養氣G湯，我常會聽成“氧氣”G湯..
那“氧氣”的台語怎麼說呢？

這一次我又“洪荒吱力”講台語了！！

一講台語，
腦袋就浮出很許多長輩傳授的知識..
什麼食補要吃什麼雞？
讓雞在洗澡水裡先跳有氧還是波比..
喝了是會很有元氣，還是圓氣..
這次加了各種乾菇菇！
湯變成了勁黃色、
啊菇的氣絲啊～飄滿整個家園啊⋯⋯

囤貨的米，放不進冰箱，不敢再囤，
買了一堆麵粉麥片乾貨類的，
最近都在乾貨各種組合各種混..

將麥片加入麵粉裡揉麵團，
最近真的很需要揉麵..
這些粉塵，可以承受我的氣！

加了麥片的麵條！
雖然吃不出什麼麥味！
但是能降低精緻澱粉的攝取更飽足，
覺得最近，應該都會這樣做麵條了🍜

🍲燕麥麵條
高筋麵粉半包 約500Ｇ
中筋麵粉4/1包 約250Ｇ
麥片（我用即食大燕麥）一大碗
水2~3杯（太乾加水 太濕加粉）
全部揉一揉靜置半小時再分裝一餐一坨！

🐔菇息金雞湯
雞腿肉燙過，薑片用麻油香油煸黃，
嗆一點酒，加入清水，
加入各種乾燥香菇，煮六十個分鐘，
我用黃金蟲草＋巴西蘑菇＋柳松菇，
香氣濃郁，用這個湯煮粥煮湯麵，
吼～菇咕咕～

Japanese canned MRE 'Sento Shokuryo'. Sento means combat, shokuryo is food. I like the label of the cans. They reminds of Evangelion. There are 3 kinds of them, 'Braised Pork Belly Rice Bowl', 'Chicken Curried Rice' and 'Yakitori Grilled Chicken Rice Bowl'. The label say that they are edible without heating, but it's a bit too hard to eat. of course, we can eat them without heating in emergency. but if you eat not in emergency, you should heat them. Btw, today(9/1) is Disaster Prevention Day in Japan. The day reminds us the Great Kanto earthquake in 1923.
