CHÚC MỪNG SINH NHẬT G-FAMILY
G - Family Production đã trở thành một mảnh ghép không thể thiếu trong dòng chảy HipHop miền Nam nói riêng và Việt Nam nói chung. Hôm nay 05.05, G-Family chính thức kỷ niệm sinh nhật 12 tuổi.
Điểm qua một số cột mốc của G-Family:
2009-2010:
- Phát triển riêng biệt về hình thức hội họp thường xuyên trực tiếp gắn kết tình thân thông qua (ART CAFE OFFLINE ,083 Cafe Meeting)
- Tập trung phát triển kỹ năng aritst thông qua các hoạt động trao đổi và làm nhạc , tham dự các Battle để trau dồi và tạo tiếng vang.
- Mọi vấn đề quan trọng của nhóm được quyết định qua biểu quyết 6 người. Các thành viên còn lại tất cả ngang hàng về vai trò và vị trí trong nhóm , loại bỏ hoàn toàn các phân cấp của mô hình cũ
- Tổ chức G-contest để tuyển lựa artist và mở rộng các mối quan hệ thường xuyên để tuyển chọn tài năng mới
2010-2012:
- Đầu tư triệt để về thiết kế và cách vận hành diễn đàn nhóm , chịu thiệt hại nặng nề từ tình trạng ăn cắp thiết kế đến vấn nạn DDOS , BOTNET từ các Dev không lành mạnh
- Bắt đầu tìm kiếm concept , tự tìm tòi tổ chức các show diễn nhỏ có nội dung và kịch bản chương trình rõ ràng: DA FROZEN STREET , Mixtape G-Family 2011
- Đỉnh điểm là Rhymesfes 2012 - cuộc thi Rap đầu tiên kết hợp thi online và thực tế tại sân khấu lớn và giải thưởng hấp dẫn chưa từng có trong Underground Rap Việt
2012-2015:
- Tiến hành tái cấu trúc G-Family sau hàng loạt các xung đột nội bộ, chỉ còn 1 lãnh đạo tinh thần là Acy aka TT , toàn bộ thành viên G-Century còn ở lại hợp nhất với G-MC
- Quyền quyết định và đề ra các chiến lược lúc này dựa vào sự biểu quyết của tập thể G-MC
- Trong giai đoạn này kiến tạo hàng loạt các Nội dung mới:
G-Record, Phòng Thu Trần khánh Dư, Phòng Thu Nam Long, Phòng Thu 584, Support Homie Freestyle Và Tổ Chức Rap Up SGN - Mô hình thi battle Free style đầu tiên có giải thưởng, Tiến hành xây dựng Fanpage, YouTube, SoundCloud
2015 đến nay:
- Bắt đầu chuyển đổi sang hình thức làm nhạc chuyên nghiệp , sở hữu bàn quyền
- Cho phép các Artist tự do phát triển sự nghiệp theo ý thích
- Mở Dự Án (Vietstage Underground platform) - tạm hoãn cho tới nay vì thiếu nguồn lực đồng vốn)
- Dừng kết nạp Member mới và giữ vững, ổn định các member sẵn có
- Tiến hành đưa các mục tiêu battle cộng đồng trở thành xung đột mang tính chất cao trào ( bắc nam đại chiến) để tìm kiếm cơ hội cho một sàn đấu hội tụ lớn nhất từ trước đến nay
