More Boring but most important things to take care of while learning how to HANDSTAND

Ps - I do them every day before my workouts irrespective of whether I train handstand or not. it takes 15-20 mins for me to warm up.
1️⃣2️⃣3️⃣4️⃣slides- scapula, spinal movement work, shoulder warmups mobility&stretches
DO NKT SKIP THESE
5️⃣6️⃣7️⃣- Wrist work - so so important to prevent injuries to get stronger wrists & fingertips strength
If you’re serious about this&want a good handstand&you’re not someone who likes to handstand once in a blue moon, this is for you
8️⃣9️⃣🔟core exercises repeated from previous 🤸🏻♀️post but included another one - don’t underestimate training hollow body position - I hated it still hate it but it’s bearable now& hold times have increased .

About my journey - I’ve been on this journey for a little over2 years
On&off but I’ve been quiete serious about it since last year beginning. Due to frequent practices &maybe not enough wrist work ,i injured my wrist &wasout of practice for most months in the 2nd half of last year. To the point I couldn’t do any pushups work without using dumbells (could do only neutral grips ones)& I couldn’t do any chin-ups
I had to stop practicing plyo push-up last like superman pushups I was working on cause of it.
So if you’re someone like me really looking to improve that handstand this is VERY IMPORTANT! Even if you don’t realise it now. You will sooner or later so why not learn it the right way?
Important points below
1️⃣kickups may look fancy but stay patient &work on these first! Shoulder strengthening work, wrist work, fingertip strength work - as someone who has been on this journey &don’t have a massive strength, my prcatice improved massively when I focussed on wrist&fingertip work&more mindful practices which means taking more rest doing lesser reps/attempts doing less free standing attempts.
2️⃣stick to basics you’re not going to get anything overnight. It takes time to understand or feel the butt squeezing the hips stacking on top of shoulders on top of wrists &so on. Until recently I didn’t even feel my butt squeezing in handstands
