本丸麵有1片厚叉燒、筍、蔥、油菜、半只半熟蛋、湯底味道會是適合喜歡清淡一D的人。

蟹味噌湯麵的湯底明顯顏色是creamy D 及濃醇D,味道也比較鮮甜D,不過就品嘗不到蟹嘅味道。本身碗麵無蛋㗎,不過我喜歡食半熟蛋就加了一隻。

由坐著之食完碗拉麵共花了25分鐘,但食這碗面要先排隊等1小時左右,值得嗎?我覺得值得呀👍🏻

A Ikebukuro-based ramen with only just 1 shop, we waited in line for 65 mins to get seated, during the queuing, they'll offer you a menu (they have an EN, CHI, and KR version menu) and to get your orders. We ordered Honmaru-men (lighter flavour soup base) and Kanimisoaji-men (crab miso flavoured soup base), both bowls had their unique taste. Is it worth waiting for 65 minutes? I do say it is.
