【Ingredients】Makes about 26
1 Egg yolk
30g Granulated sugar　
Vanilla extract
70g potato or corn starch
*Milk
●Black cocoa powder
Water

【Directions】
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 338 °F/170℃

① Place an egg yolk and sugar in a bowl and mix well with a whisk.
(until whitish)
②Add vanilla extract and mix.
③Add starch, then mix.
*** If it doesn't come together properly, add a bit of milk.
④Pinch off a small portion of the dough and roll it into a small ball.
⑤Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
⑥Bake in the oven at 338 °F/170℃ for about 12-14 minutes.
⑦Decorate with toothpick & the liquid mixture of cocoa and water.

【材料】26個くらい出来ます
卵黄 1個
グラニュー糖 30g
バニラオイル
片栗粉又はコーンスターチ 70g
*牛乳
●ブラックココアパウダー
水

【作り方】
準備：
オーブンを170℃に予熱する。

①卵黄と砂糖をボウルに入れ、泡立て器でよく混ぜる。
***白っぽくなるまで混ぜると卵臭さがなくなります。
②バニラオイルを加えて混ぜる。
③片栗粉又はコーンスターチを加えて混ぜる。
***卵黄の大きさによって水分量が変わりますので、まとまりにくいときは、牛乳を少し加えてください。
④生地を少量つまんで丸める。
⑤オーブンシート敷いた天板に乗せ顔のパーツをくっつける。
⑥170℃のオーブンで約12〜14分焼く。
⑦ココアを水で溶き、顔を描いて出来上がり!
