教大家一個韓文字：#잘생긴척 (發音：炒腥健chok)。意思係明明好樣衰，但扮晒係靚仔咁款。上面呢位兄台就係一個完美嘅例子🤗
解說一下👨🏻‍🎓 잘생겼다 (炒腥割打) 係“長得靚仔”嘅意思。xxx척 (乜乜乜chok) 就係“扮/裝扮成”嘅意思。前面嘅動詞或者形容詞，加埋後面嘅chok，將兩者組合一齊就係一個字啦🤓
比多個例子：家姐因為被人偷食咗包珍藏朱古力，大發雷霆!😱 所以你就擺出一副 모르는척 (發音：摸亂嫩chok) 嘅樣子。拆開佢分析一下：大家已經知道個 척 係“假扮”嘅意思。然後前面嘅其實係 모르다 (摸亂打)，係“唔知道”嘅意思。呢啲時候，梗係扮咩都唔知啦!!!😬

Suddenly feel like teaching Korean🧐 so here’s the word of the day: 잘생긴척 (chal-saeng-kin-chok), which means “pretending to be handsome”. The dude above👆🏻is a perfect representation of this word🤗
Let’s break it down👨🏻‍🎓 잘생겼다 (chal-saeng-kyeot-da) means “to be born handsome”, and xxx척 (-chok) means “to pretend/to look as if”. When the adjective/verb in front is put together with the latter, the combination means “pretending to be handsome”🤓
Here’s another example: your sister found out that someone had secretly devoured her bag of limited edition oreos and is furious!😱 Therefore, you need to put on a 모르는척 (moh-reu-neun-chok) expression. You already know what the -척 means, and 모르다 (moh-reu-da) means “don’t know”. In these situations, of course it’s best to pretend that you know nothing!😬 @ West Kowloon Cultural District 西九文化區

Of course we should punish vice. No doubt about it. But mere punishment does not help tackle the real problem. And the real problem is some students struggle to keep pace with others. They're falling behind. They NEED extra help. But what's supposed to be their saviour—their teachers—don't bother to help! They turn a blind eye.

We can't pretend this problem doesn't exist. It does exist. There is so much more teachers could do to help those who struggle with learning. I know some teachers from other schools upload videos on YouTube regularly for their students so that they can learn at their own pace. They realise that effective teaching transcends time and place. Perhaps our teachers could do something similar?

vice (n) 不道德行為 e.g. We should reward virtue and punish vice.

transcend (v) 超越 e.g. The best films are those which transcend national or cultural barriers.
