咖喱鱼头

咖喱鱼头 Curry Fish Head Complete Video

《Curry Fish head》
Grouper head 1 piece or whole
- simmer in hot water for three minutes

Oil 1 table spoon
Curry paste premixed 2 packets
Water 1000ml +

Onion 2 cut into wedges
Tomatoes cut into wedges
Green chilis 2 pieces
Ladies fingers 6 pieces cut into two
-blanch in hot water for 10seconds add into curry before serve.

Salt to taste
Sugar 1 table spoon
Coconut milk 150ml
methods =
1. Clean fish head and drain.
2. Heat up wok, add some oil add in curry paste, stir until fragrant. Pour in water, bring to boil.
3. Add in onion, tomatoes, green chilies, bring to boil. Add in simmered fish head, tune to low heat, cover with lid and simmer for five minutes.
4.open lid, flip over And simmer another 3 minutes with lid. Add in ladies fingers.
5. Off Flame, Add in coconut milk, stir well.
And serve.

Fish head my taste better after soaking in gravy for 30 minutes.

《咖喱鱼头》
龙虎斑鱼头 一边或 整个
- 在热水中浸泡三分钟

油一汤匙
咖喱方便包 两包
水 1000 ml

洋葱两个 切角
番茄 两个切角
青辣椒 两条
羊角豆 6 条 一分为二
- 热水中水煮十秒，吃前加进咖喱里。

盐调味
糖 一汤匙
盒装椰浆 1 盒
方法 =
1. 洗净鱼头沥干。
2. 烧热锅子, 加油，加咖喱酱, 炒至. 加水，煮滚。
3. 加入洋葱，番茄，辣椒，煮滚, 加入鱼头，转小火，关盖慢煮五分钟 。
4. 开盖，翻面，关再煮三分钟。加入羊角豆。
5. 关火, 加入椰浆, 调匀上菜。

鱼头浸泡在咖喱里多三十分钟再吃更好吃。

姜葱龙虎斑片 Dragon Grouper Fillet with Ginger Spring Onion Sauce Hock Chai Cooking
Today's Menu 姜葱龙虎斑片
材料
龙虎斑片 400g 切片
蛋白 1颗
胡椒粉 少许
盐少许
油少许
麻油少许
酒少许
木薯粉少许
＃ 一起捞匀腌制十五分钟

姜一个 切成若干片
青葱数棵 切成小段，如鱼片大小为佳。

油起锅
蒜头少许

酱汁：
热水 300ml
Maggi 浓缩鸡汤 1汤匙
蚝油 1汤匙
酱油少许
黑酱油少许
木薯粉一汤匙

料理酒 少许

方法：
1. 烧热锅子，下冷油，下姜葱爆香，下蒜蓉爆香，下腌制好的鱼肉，煎好一面再翻面。
2. 慢慢加入酱汁，一边翻炒一边加酱汁，然后加料理酒。
3. 把鱼肉移到锅子中央，关盖焖煮一分钟了开盖，不断翻炒收汁了起锅，趁热吃。

Dragon Grouper Fillet on Ginger and Spring Onion Sauce
Ingredients
Dragon Grouper fillet 400g
Egg White 1no
Pepper a dash
Salt a pinch
Cooking oil a little
Sesame oil a little
Cooking wine a little
tapioca to marinate a little
- Mix and marinate for 15mins

Ginger peeled and cut into slice
Spring onions cut into pieces

Oil for cooking about 3 table spoon
Chopped garlic a little

Sauce :
Hot Water 300ml
Maggi Chicken Stock concentrate 1 tablespoon
Oyster sauce 1 tablespoon
Soy sauce a little
Dark soy sauce a little
Tapioca starch 1 table spoon

Cooking wine a little

Methods:
1. Heat up wok, add in cooking oil, saute ginger, spring onion until fragrant, add in garlic and fry fish fillet one side after another.
2. Add in premixed sauce slowly, lastly add in cooking wine.
3. Move Fish fillet into middle and cover with lid, boil for another one minute, remove lid, stir and reduce sauce, and serve Hot Bob Appetite!
