這週又去買醉了，這家 MAYBE SAMMY真的很厲害! 裡面有各式各樣的調酒，任君挑選!

這次終於有機會去嚐嚐泡泡調酒，好多bar 都有這個花俏的調酒，其實就是乾冰加一點肥皂水製造出來的泡泡放在各種調酒上😂 不過第一次看到很新鮮欸! 服務生放完泡泡後說kiss the bubble! 要趕快親噢!不然像我傻傻的拍照摸一下，泡泡就消失了!

我們點的第一支泡泡酒叫Bang! Bang! 以vodka 為基底的調酒，加上鳳梨和百香果等，很清爽!! 不過因為太smooth 了，我秒喝完🙈 真新希望vodka 可以加多一點!

他們的Espresso Martini 很好喝!! 泡泡超綿密以外，咖啡味超香! 我誤以為我在喝咖啡😂一樣，希望可以在濃一點哈哈! 朋友點了Irish coffee，超級推! 因為超級特別!! 他們在咖啡調酒上面加了一層超像(我覺得跟本就是)奶蓋! 喝起來真的會跳舞的那種好喝! 怕酒味太重又愛喝咖啡的朋友可嚐嚐! 基底是whiskey

有一杯調酒有點雷，建議大家不要點，就是Yuzu Paloma，喝起來很清爽，但沒什麼味道，感覺就像在喝汽水而已🤣

菜單裡有一支調酒叫 Highball 8，是一位台灣來的調酒師研發的，基底是whisky，配上Kombucha、檸檬和薄荷，最上面放一小塊昆布很特別，我以為我不愛whisky，但是當天我竟然可以! (難到是年紀到了嗎？) 台灣調酒師叫Mr. Wednesday，聽到服務生跟他說我們也是台灣人，他就跑過來跟我們喝一杯叫Mini Frank，喝完後我跟朋友和服務生說，這才是我要的烈酒啊🤣 前面那三杯調酒在幹嘛？ 好喝但沒感覺啊！(我追求微醺，但不到酩酊大醉)，重點那小小杯的超可口!沒像單喝tequila shot那樣難以入口，所以我又再追加一杯💃 太美味了!

後來還點了margarita和兩杯特調，我已忘了兩杯特調裡面有什麼，我的那一杯特調也是最後一杯，我請Mr Wednesday調濃一點，沒想到真的爆濃(請看影片我讚嘆的樣子)，後來看帳單那杯叫Manhattan，也是挺不錯喝的!

裡面的bartenders都穿西裝，服務生男女也是穿的很正式，老闆兼host當天在他穿粉紅色西裝很顯眼，裡面的bartenders時不時的會跳舞和表演和有泡泡出現~不錯的行銷手法，也是挺好玩的!

他們每天4:30-5:30pm有happy hour，The Mimi 系列 (比較濃的premade 調酒)半價 $5.5，我決定下次先去狂喝個幾杯! 才不太傷荷包🤣

[香港 大角咀] 終於食到 淺月 Asazuki啦！呢間隱世小店一向多好評，小店呢排只做午市，店內又只有男店主一腳踢，所以絕對需要耐性，趕時間嘅話就真係唔係好啱啦😅 呢日姊妹過嚟探我，去咗淺月食late lunch，小店座位不多，好彩去嗰日已經2pm好快就有位☺️

Set Lunch只供應 #稻庭烏冬，有6款選擇。飲品有4款採用北海道3.6牛乳嘅latte，可惜最想飲嘅九州紫薯latte及北海道黑芝麻latte仲係準備中...😟

每碗稻庭烏冬擺碟都非常精緻吸引😍 烏冬口感滑溜得來又彈牙，我最推薦 #安格斯牛肉稻庭烏冬，牛肉份量足，安格斯牛肉油脂分佈平均，肉味濃郁，薄薄一片放入口時口感柔嫩細膩。#鹿兒島 #薩摩揚 有四大塊，少喺坊間搵到薩摩揚烏冬，比較特別😗 朋友點嘅 #名古屋雞肉丸稻庭烏冬 就冇試到啦，不過一樣賣相豐富。#麥芽latte 好似飲緊好立克， #京都宇治抹茶latte 就奶味太重，如果抹茶突出D，回甘香濃郁一D，會更加平衡啦🍵

老實講，雖然去之前都有心理準備要等一陣，但最後等咗足足1小時，成3pm先有嘢食真係比我想像中耐，真心等到好肚餓🤯 因為supposed都係煮稻庭烏冬而且食材都係premade唔應該要咁耐🤨 不過店主服務真係好有禮貌，又會令你感覺gur D，哈哈😝 以前有做晚市嘅時候，會供應埋吉列豬扒蛋包飯，超想去食，希望小店快D開返晚市啦！
